Come relax in our comfortable, bright and new villa located in the heart of an exceptional site of 7,000 m2 in the forest, close to downtown, the golf and beach.

Villa "La Forêt" offers a spacious and bright living room-kitchen thanks to its large spaces and bay windows overlooking the garden and the forest.
The "American style" kitchen is fully equipped, and in its extension, the terrace offers an absolute complete immersion in nature (table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue...).

Upstairs, everything has been thought for the well-being of its occupants: large volumes, private bathrooms (sink, shower) and shared bathroom, high-end beds, windows with integrated mosquito nets...

A beautiful, modern, spacious house with great amenities, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the forest, yards away from great trails, and only a short drive or bike ride to tennis, golf, the equestrian center, the town itself, and of course the beach!The hosts were very welcoming and communicated frequently with useful tips and information.Truly a 10 out of 10 experience, hope we can go back to this great villa in the future!NB: the listing includes air conditioning, which is incorrect. It was not an issue at all for us as the temperatures were pleasant and the villa is well shaded etc.

Our guest and his family were very nice tenants, respectful of the house, we highly recommend them. Regarding the air conditioning, our French announcement Abritel.fr does not mention it because there is indeed none. We will investigate with VRBO to find out why their translation of the announcement mentions this equipment.

La villa est encore plus belle que sur les photos : spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable et décorée avec énormément de goût.Tout l'équipement nécessaire était présent pour que l'on se sente comme chez nous. L'extérieur est un vrai havre de paix, idéal pour se détendre et profiter des vacances.Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur réactivité et leus excellentes recommandations de bonnes adresses dans la région. C'est une adresse rare que nous recommandons les yeux fermés et où nous espérons revenir très vite ! »

Villa exceptionelle, très bien aménagée, spacieuse et située au calme dans les bois. A proximité de la plage, du centre ville et du terrain de golf. Idéal pour des vacances en famille. Nous y avons passé un séjour magnifique. Un grand merci à Eric pour cette superbe opportunité. Le propriétaire était très acceuillant et nous a donné des conseils et des informations utiles. Communication parfaite.

Magnifique Villa, très belle qualité de prestation, bonne localisation idéalement située notamment pour faire tout en vélo. Vous ne manquerez de rien, les propriétaires ont pensé à tout…Il vous suffit de vous laisser porter par le calme dans cet écrin de verdure ! Nous y avons passé plus qu’un agréable séjour.
