The home is very clean and the location was fantastic. Very quiet at night and centrally located so easy to get anywhere in Key West by bike in 10 minutes. Jody from Key West Luxury was amazing. She responded to every question and need within a few minutes. The only issue was that appliances in the home need replacement. I would stay here again.

Great Location in Old Town Key West

Formerly a tobacco warehouse, the property has a 100 year history in the Old Town section of Key West. The house reflects some of the characteristics inherent in being 100 years old. However, many updates and modifications have occurred that make staying there very comfortable. The location in the center of beautiful Old Town is excellent; the surrounding neighborhoods reflect the true flavor of the unique history of Key West. Given the relatively small size of Key West, most tourist attractions and historical sites are within walking distance. The single parking space available for use is worth its weight in gold given the challenges of on-street parking in Key West in general. Sitting on the front porch and watching the locals and tourists go about their daily business was a special treat that we enjoyed frequently. The property managers, Jody and Lee, did an exceptional job in responding to any issues that arose during our 10-week stay. A relatively spacious, well managed property in a great location.
