THE PROPERTY: An open staircase leading to the second floor is where your vacation begins! The reverse floor plan, tres chic décor, and open living room with vaulted ceiling are dazzling. Relax and mingle with guests in this beautiful, functional space. The petite yet mighty eat-in kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Stroll through the living room’s French doors onto the comfortably furnished veranda and enjoy the cool breezes of Key West. The home’s first floor is where two king ensuite bedrooms are located, as well as a stackable washer and dryer. This unique home’s mix of white walls, wood accents and stylish art, will help you enjoy the Key West vibe.

Should you need additional space for wedding guests or a family reunion, Petite Maison may be rented together with Grand Maison. Together, both properties sleep a total of 12 guests and boast 6 ensuite bedrooms. Please see Maisons de Luxe to rent both homes.

BED CONFIGURATION: The smart floor plan of this cottage allows for two king bedrooms with ensuite baths on the first floor. Each bedroom has night tables, TVs, natural light and ceiling fans.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The second floor of this home opens onto a comfortably furnished covered veranda where you can enjoy coffee or cocktails. The home is close to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and there is a free community pool just a short walk away.

PARKING: There is parking for one car however, from this convenient location, you may find yourself touring Key West on foot.

LOCATION: Petite Maison is located on a quiet, hidden lane behind Duval Street. The home is on the southern end of Duval Street near cafes and night clubs. You can walk to many attractions including the Southernmost Point and the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory.

PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property.

I really enjoyed the attention to the details which had been given carefully to this very comfortable Villa in the heart of old key west. it's steps away from a cocktail or a great breakfast right in the heart of key west. and the communication was wonderful with the management. they kept sending texts and followed up on any of our needs. they had a recommendation for a quick fishing trip which I was interested in .it was a party boat fishing trip and it was very reasonable it was called salty dog fishing.thank you for a great stay.

Amazing place

What a great location, 1/2 block off of Duval and close to everything but quiet at the same time. The pool was amazing to cool off from the heat and humidity. The air conditioning worked great, the place was spotlessly clean. We couldn’t have found a better place than this and we will return here for future visits.

Great location

This is a nice place though very compact. The bedrooms are large and the balcony is great. The living area is small but nice but the kitchen is tough as it is very small. We stayed for 11 nights so we used the kitchen a lot. If you are only staying a few nights it is the perfect place Thus is an excellent location

Beach Getaway

The home was beautiful and in great condition! It was very clean and comfortable. The overall vibe and decor was so nice and beachy, made a perfect impression for the Keys! And the large second floor porch was perfect for morning coffee! We had a group of 4 (2 couples) and we would definitely come back and stay here again. The location was also stellar, just off Duval street (50 ft) which was super convenient for all restaurants, shops and bars.

The house was exceptionally clean and was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our family also rented Grand Maison so we had the whole property. It was great for the 10 of us. Parking around Key West is tough, so don’t waste time getting a rental car, just Uber. They are readily available and the cost is usually $10 or less.

It's a convenient location.The thing for all to keep in mind is that this is a small house. We gave the "primary" bedroom to guests visiting with us and our bedroom, while it had a nice comfortable king bed had little else. No chest, dresser or closet. There was a clothes rack attached to the wall but really no room to unpack our clothing other than night tables on either side of the bed.It is very clean and has a lovely little porch off the upper floor where the kitchen and living room is located but the view is of a small alley street.The home was neat and clean. The kitchen table was good to keep some things on but too small for 4 guests to eat on, not that that's a big deal as when in KW one tends to eat out at the wide variety of restaurants. All said, I would recommend this property to somebody who understands what they're getting and what they're not getting.

Steps from Duval street and within walking/biking distance so many great restaurants. We rented bikes for the week and rode everywhere. The accommodations inside were perfect with comfortable beds, an amazing deck for morning coffee, and a quiet neighborhood for a peaceful nights rest. Would definitely stay there next time.

Great week in Key West

What a cozy property for 4 people. The outdoor patio was a favorite spot for us. The rooms were small but very comfortable. The bathrooms could use a shelf or two for toiletries but we made due. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. Overall, we had a great stay!
