Check in and check out process is and was a total mess. Double charged my credit card for stay and could not understand how there own process worked. Made us late for an event day of arrival because it took them so long to check us into our room. Room was nice and clean but the front desk has many issues.

Naples adventure

Great location - quiet but close to all the attractions in both Naples and Marco Island. Wonderful pool area. Pet friendly and a reasonable pet fee. Would definitely stay again!

Great Property

We had a great stay. Property was very clean. Loved the complimentary morning breakfast buffet and laundry facility. Very nice pool and tiki bar. Walkable to restaurants and grocery store right across the street. Definitely would recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again.

As advertised

The property can be a little confusing to locate unless you know the area, but we found it. Coffee was the only staple supplied in the room and the lobby pantry was not much better. For example, we arrived late and wanted a snack. Popcorn couldn't be found anywhere. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great.

Right next to Lely Resort so it's super quiet. Shops and restaurants all nearby. Needed a break from big city noise and this place helped me recharge.

Staybridge location

The hotel we stayed in was clean and comfortable for our needs on our recent trip to Naples, FL. It was about 30 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach. 11 Miles to Marco Island. I wanted a property closer to Vanderbilt beach but if we were coming back to this area near Marco Island, it would be a great location.

Deception

VRBO, advertises this location like it is a condo, they even say you can contact the owner after booking . It is not, its a hotel that I could of booked myself without VRBO fees, The hotel was nice but attractions are no minutes away they are 45-1 hour away. Pictures even never show the hotel sign.
