The home is surrounded by nature and has immediate calming effect on visitors. It is a short walk to the GreenWay boardwalk which meanders Florida Mangroves along Gordon River, Naples Zoo & Florida Conservancy and 10 min bike ride to the beach. Simple, light-filled, meticulously cared-for, eclectic cottage like setting, house provides free cable Wi-fi, comfort with large seating area, spacious lanai, ping-pong table, chic and cozy living/dinning space, original art, outdoor shower, dock to lounge, paddle board and all comfort. Feel at home in this amazing property and make the most of your vacation. The street is 5 min ride from restaurants, bars on 5th av for entertainment. We loved the location of this house right on the canal. Veronika was very quick in her responses. Only issue we had was not having any extra toilet paper so we had to go buy some at the store. The one thing the house could use is a microwave but otherwise we loved staying here and would definitely book it again possibly next year.

I chose this home for a three week stay owing primarily to it being situated on a canal with Gulf access (for kayaking), and secondarily to its proximity to downtown (5th Ave) Naples. With respect to these two measures the property deserves five stars, however deferred maintenance with respect to overgrown foliage, underinvestment in outside decking (dock and adjacent patio excepted), and a few interior considerations left wanting and only deserving of two or three stars, the net rating I assign is 4 stars. The host stands out as responsive to requests and quick to respond.

We love our place and come here to relax and enjoy the nature, water and beautiful Naples. While this is an original Florida home, it has been completely renovated and all interior is completely redone to reflect the modern living. the furniture is high quality with the tropical feel and while simple if provides comfort and generous space to enjoy. The bathrooms and rooms are filled with light, have french doors and a character of tropical cottage. We have high quality AC unit with UV light imbedded to prevent mold growth; it is remotely operated. You will see plenty of original art mostly created by my father, my brother and friends who stayed in the cottage over the years. We have a wonderful selection of CDs, books, game. There is currently no TV set but we can get one for you if interested.

We love the proximity to all Naples has to offer and at the same time, the property is uniquely tucker in on dead-end street on the Gordon River. House is surrounded by mature trees to keep guests protected from heat and sun.

Our property is unique and one of an kind. House has an old Florida feel with modern tropical twist and is best suited for relaxation, quiet work or couples recluse.

Dock overseeing Gordon River canal welcomes to relax at sunset or even fish. The lush natures preserve freshness, there is more shade and protection from heat.
