Guests who choose to have parties either inside the apartment, backyard space or both can make arrangement with the Host for a separate charges.
Close to all transportation, about fifteen minutes from JFK and LaGuardia airports. Two blocks away from both subway and shuttles to ferry ride to Manhattan. Available parking on the premises.

We are not located in Manhattan where Times Square is. It's obvious these guests were only interested in staying somewhere near Times Square. The Big Apple has five boroughs and many guests enjoy the commute from the boroughs into Manhattan as part of their NYC experience. We are located in Queens, about fifteen minutes away from JFK and LaGuardia airports and three blocks away from subways, Long Island Railway and ferry shuttles to Manhattan. We are near eleven kilometers of beach boardwalk in Far Rockaway, a natural and beautiful environment. Our advertisement clearly indicates where we are located - all these guests should have done was to compare our location to where they wanted to be in the Big Apple for their traveling convenience. This location complaint should not hold any negative effect on our establishment. Rating is based on hospitality: We're Five Star Rated on the following: Cleanliness, Communication, Value for your money, Functionality House rules and Comfort,
