The space worked great for what we needed it for, and was a block or two from the A train straight into town. The host stayed in touch and was helpful. Great value for the price if you don't mind being a little farther out, or want to be close to the beach.

I didn’t end up staying here because the host canceled just a few hours before check-in. This happen after I reached out to ask for check-in details. I was traveling into town for the weekend, and this happened on a holiday weekend, which made it especially difficult to find alternative accommodations on short notice. The host mentioned a leak was discovered, but it’s concerning that this wasn’t identified until two hours before check-in. No alternative solutions or assistance were offered, which made the situation even more stressful. Awful communication
