Rent newly renovated studio of 28m2 in the heart of the Rance Valley, located 25km from Saint-Malo, 20km from Dinard and 5km from Dinan.
Ideally located in the center of the village with shops nearby (bakery, tobacconist, coffee shop, grocery store). Near the greenway for a nice walk.
Independent access, ideal for a couple (we can also provide an umbrella bed if needed).
The studio includes an equipped kitchenette, a snack plan with high chairs, electric hob, microwave, toaster, a bed Bz 140 × 190 with Dunlopillo mattress, a bathroom and separate toilet. Wifi free.
