Chalet 8-10 people - Massif Central - Mont Dore Ski Resort

At the heart of the Massif du Sancy, 6km from Mont Dore and 2km from La Bourboule, this very bright, south-facing house is fully equipped and is designed to unwind with friends or family and plays the card of modernity with its high-end services, and authenticity with its exposed beams.

4 bedrooms with dressing room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, laundry (washing machine, tumble dryer, storage ski), kitchen (freezer, piano cooking, raclette, kettle, toaster, blender, ...) , TV 108cm, barbecue and garden furniture for the summer.
Basket garni (local products) and cosmetic kit for stays of a week minimum.
Possibility of renting bed linen, bathroom linen, baby equipment, ...

A deposit of 500 euros will be required by the concierge managing the chalet upon arrival of the tenants. It will be returned after the inventory of end of stay.

Pas mal mais emplacement pas terrible !

Ce logement présente plusieurs problèmes, notamment le sol du premier étage grince dès que l'on marche ! C'est plutôt désagréable pour celles et ceux qui sont au rez de chaussée ! La table de jardin est installée sur du gros gravier très désagréable et plein de poussière. Une terrasse en bois serait la bienvenue. La route qui surplombe le logement est très passante, donc impossible la nuit de laisser les Velux ouverts, car dès que la température extérieure dépasse les 25° il fait très chaud à l'étage.

Chalet agréable et spacieux, idéal pour un séjour entre amis. Bien équipé...manque toutefois de verres à pied/coupes à champagne notamment pour trinquer à la nouvelle année !!😉 Les Très sympathiques responsables de la conciergerie devraient, cependant, être plus vigilants sur l état de propreté dans lequel est laissé le logement... Bonne année 2023 à tous

Chalet neuf et moderne. Idéalement situé pour découvrir les environs (puy de dome, puy de sancy, vulcania). Extérieur à améliorer surtout pour l'été. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble car à cette période l'intérieur du gîte est agréable et très fonctionnel.

Très Belle maison bien équipée

Propriétaire très gentil ainsi que le service de conciergerie, Maison charmante avec une belle pièce à vivre bien décorée et équipée. Bonne literie également. Nous avons passé qu'un court séjour mais c'est sûre nous reviendrons pour un plus long séjour dans cette maison où il fait bon vivre. Je la recommande sans hésitation
