Paradise Island

Welcome to Gulf Island. A true resort paradise with countless palm trees surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico, full of Dolphins, Manatees, Ospreys, and Pelicans and where the sunsets are absolutely beautiful!!

This one-bedroom condo is sparkling clean and tastefully decorated with beautiful wood-like floors and separate slider doors off living room and bedroom. The furniture is clean and comfortable with 2 recliners, and a couch that can open to sleep one person. The living room has a large "50" flat screen TV. Best of all this condo includes FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI and INTERNET.

There is a small dining table with 2 chairs just off the granite/tiled kitchen. You’ll have a brand new (purchased in 2022) large washer and dryer!! and plenty of closet space. The bedroom has a king-size bed with an attached updated bathroom, a walk-in shower and and huge granite vanity.

The kitchen, having beautiful cabinets, comes equipped with all the conveniences: over-stove microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal along with the needed cooking supplies: coffee pot, towels, dinnerware, etc.

BUT cleanliness is the focus on the entire condo. We use disinfectants and hot water on all washable items all the way to the remote control.

But most importantly, you’ll feel safe as the entire complex is lighted and gated with guards at entry to monitor and authorize all visitors. The island has many video cameras inside and out to ensure all is safe and sound. The landscape is manicured, clean, secured and well maintained.

A bonus is your own parking spot in the 24-hour lighted garage very close to the elevators. You'll never get caught in the rain! Not everyone has this feature and they must use the outdoor parking spaces.

This unit is perfect for traveling medical professionals. There are many hospitals nearby, with Bayonet Point being just 3 miles away. Morton Plant is located just 10 miles south in New Port Richey and there are many more in Spring Hill and Trinity.

Retirees can sit back and relax and enjoy the mornings on the private balcony and watch the aquatic life while drinking coffee or watch the beautiful sunset every evening.

If you want to be active, you can ride bikes, kayak, or walk on the island's nature scenic trail where you can fish along the Gulf of Mexico. Several tennis courts are available on the property for tennis or pickle ball.

The fitness center has commercial grade equipment where you can exercise and simultaneously enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf and watch the dolphins play. But my favorite feature, is the HEATED Olympic size swimming pool just outside the back door. It is wonderful in the winter! AND, if you like big beaches, there are many of them with the most popular being Clearwater Beach just 28 miles south.

There's plenty of great in and outdoor seafood restaurants nearby with and without nightlife. In my opinion, the best seafood restaurants are just around the corner from our complex. Watercraft rental is in walking distance that offers boats, fishing, jet ski and kayak rentals.

Once you’re here, you’re going to find this little island to be the perfect staycation.
The social atmosphere is welcoming. People are friendly and always looking for participants to play pickleball, tennis and golf. The people come from all around the world but there are also many residents that make their home here. We residents are proud of our little paradise and want our home to be clean, safe and stay beautiful.

Sometimes special parties are scheduled in the community room or in the beach area. They have educational speakers, at times, book clubs and many more activities.

Please note: This condo is new on the rental market and therefore has few reviews yet. But you won’t be disappointed! It’s gorgeous, fun and relaxing. I know, because I use to live there.
