Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club is a beautiful property,well maintained, quiet and secure. The condo was well furnished and clean and has a great view of the Gulf. The pool area has plenty of tables and lounge chairs and the saltwater pool itself was clean and just the right temperature. My wife used the fitness room and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had exercise classes every morning. Kim Chamberlain the Property Manager was extremely helpful and an absolute Gem. The only negative that we encountered was that the wifi was very slow and at times would freeze, other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hudon Fl Condo

- Gorgeous view from 5th floor balcony. Manatees and dolphins every day in the lagoon. - Beautiful heated swimming pool for laps and relaxing - All utensils and equipment needed to cook all meals for week. - Covered parking for car out of sun and rain.

Sunshine Palm Trees & Pool

A perfect peaceful setting for anyone seeking serenity.. surrounded with choices of local wonderful tiki bars & eateries, broadway & mermaid shows to putt putt golf & baby alligator. Close to all shopping, St. Pete’s Airport and a beautiful short drive to downtown historic New Port Richey. We were mesmerized by the dolphins, manatees & pelicans while sitting on our patio. Love Gulf Island !

Very nice although should have been informed that the unit did not have a washer and dryer also needed more bath towels only 3 available also suggest that TV sysyem have usage instructions in the unit somewhat difficult to figure out at first.

The furniture in the living area and king size bed were very comfortable, The renovations were well done. It was very well stocked, with 2 rolls of tp and one pt and other amenities. Plenty of trash bags were provided as well.On our first morning we started hearing a loud whistling. A short time later it became a nearly constant loud whistling. We identified the source of the whistling coming from substantial gaps in the front door that the wind was blowing through.Then again, on our last day the wind was coming from the same direction and the whistling started again, fortunately it was gone when we returned in the evening.We also had a water main turn off on Thursday, luckily it did not last long.However, while the unit appeared clean on the surface we did encounter some areas where it was clear the housekeeping staff was only surface cleaning. There was a hairball stuck to the inside front door of the bathroom, when lifting the drain plug in the shower there was a mass accumulation of hair that’s clearly not been removed in a very long time and while brushing our teeth we could see in the mirror that the upper sink, just under the countertop needed a good cleaning.Additionally, it was very disappointing that several benefits that are advertised in the listing were not provided. Finally, the initial communication with the unit manager was excellent and responsive. This ended when we asked for the access information for subscriptions. 3 out of 5.

We’re glad you found the living area furniture and king-size bed comfortable, appreciated the renovations, and found the condo well stocked. -Spectrum cable is provided. The TV has smart functionality, but personal logins for platforms like Netflix or Paramount are not supplied for security reasons. Guests are welcome to log in using their own accounts. -The temporary water interruption was due to the county repairing a broken main line affecting the subdivision from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., which was beyond our control. -The whistling noise was likely caused by strong wind gusts; high winds can occasionally create exterior noise despite weather-sealed doors. -Cleanliness is very important to us, and the home is thoroughly prepared before each guest’s arrival. We appreciate you highlighting what you enjoyed.

Condo was very nice and clean. Only 1 wash cloth in the linens so we had to go across the street and buy some at the Dollar General. Not a big deal but inconvenient. Check in was a bit hap hazard but we got it all straightened out. Overall nice place. Next year we will look at other options before we book here again.

Good location, VERY quiet complex

Only disappointment was the pool, one of the reasons we booked this one, was closed ALL week and definitely don’t plan on the “beach”, it was gross!

Hard time parking was given wrong info for parking space drove in circles for half hour before finding a spot two buildings away then went to wrong room felt bad contacting manager because of being a holiday
