Beautifully furnished, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with spectacular views of Winter Park ski resort and Byers Peak from the primary bedroom, living room, and private deck. Located in Fraser, just two miles from downtown Winter Park and four miles from the ski resort, the Waterside West complex is a short walk to Starbucks, Safeway grocery store, resturants, and the Lift bus stop.

So many choices ... curl up by the fireplace and enjoy the views, hit the slopes or the tubing hill, or go ice skating or snowmobiling in winter. During the warmer months, fish in the trout pond just outside your door, go river rafting, hiking or biking, play a round of golf, or visit the nearby Fraser River Trail or Arapahoe National Forest. (Or, if you have to, get some work done via the high-speed Wi-Fi.)

Best of all, no carrying your skis or luggage up and down steps! While the condo is on the second story on the front side of the building (providing great views), it is on the ground level on the back side of the building (so just park the car and walk right in). In addition, it is a quiet end-unit on one level and is handicapped & wheelchair accessible.

Great condo close to many attractions

The property is in a small town, but close to attractions in Winter Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest. It is clean and roomy, and the hosts are great. I will definitely look to stay here again.

We enjoyed this place very much. From check in to check out everything was super easy. Very clean, well stocked, easy access to restaurants, ski lifts, grocery store and Starbucks :) The heated floors were amazing!!! We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great and the host was very responsive which was appreciated when we had a few last minute questions. Location was good with a short walk to the bus route to take us to Winter Park skiing. Having close proximity to Safeway was a bonus! The kitchen was stocked will all the essentials too!

Perfect Winter Park Getaway

Great location to ski/ride at Winter Park Resort. Well equipped and clean with beautiful views of the mountains. Bedding is comfortable, quiet neighbors and LOVE the fireplace!

My daughter is the camp host at St. Louis campground so we were close to her. Very convenient location. Safeway & starbucks just down the hill and grwat restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

Rocky Mountain Adventure

Excellent place for our Home Base for exploring Rocky Mountain National park. We found the condo to be clean, comfortable and quiet,within walking distance of the local grocery store. Scenic 45 minutes drive to RMNP no problems getting to the park each day. Plenty of Restaurants and Brewery's near by in Fraser & Winter Park. Tammy's place is a perfect home away from home, we would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Beautiful, convenient and spacious

We really enjoyed our stay at Tammy's condo. The location was perfect with Winter Park only 12 min. away and Safeway across the street. The condo was spacious and clean and fully stocked! We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great quick escape

We had a great stay. Made a fairly last minute plan to meet my college daughter for some skiing on spring break. The place was perfect and had everything we needed. Games were an awesome bonus to fill our evenings. Thanks! We will definitely book again.
