This perfect 1-bedroom retreat features a king bed, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a bathroom with a large bathtub. Private hot tub on the porch is accessible from the living room and Master Bedroom. Ground level condo allows you to step out your back door and onto the free ski shuttle in winter, and extensive biking/hiking trails in the summer. About 200 feet from the Fraser River Trail and fishing pond.
This unit is in a prime location within walking distance of the Fireside Market, restaurants, bars, breweries, bowling alley, movie theater, local recreation center (gym, indoor swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing wall, etc.) and of course close to the FREE shuttle bus to Winter Park Ski Resort during ski season and for some special events during off season.
This is a non-smoking ground floor unit with the following amenities to make you feel at home: * Private 4-person hot tub on patio accessible from the living room and bedroom. * Attached and heated 1 car garage (fits up to a mid-sized SUV; additional parking near unit): - No having to scrape ice/snow off your windshield. - Unload your car at your own speed and no having to lug all your belongings down long hallways, up icy stairs or into elevators. - No need to store your items in a locker overnight, just keep it in the heated garage. * Washer and Dryer in the unit. * Kitchen stocked with all the cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee maker. * 50'' HD TV in living room and 40'' HD TV in bedroom. * Free Wifi * Bedroom has a king pillow top mattress with a ceiling fan and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa that is upgraded with a memory foam mattress.
For those flying into Denver and don't want to rent a car, Home James Transportation offers shuttle service from DIA to Winter Park. Our condo is located right off the main road (Hwy 40) and near bus routes, hiking and biking trails. The closest restaurants are approx 400 feet away with many others within walking distance. In addition, Amtrak stops in Fraser (less than 5 minutes away) and there is taxi service in the area.

Tamara was a great host! Very quick to respond and easy to work with! The house was the perfect little home away from home during our vacation. The hot tub was clean and worked great, there were games in the closet for our family to play, the fireplace kicked on with the flick of a switch, and everything was clean and worked great!
Unit was very clean and nice. We have everything we needed. Easy access to lift bus, restaurants. Parking in Front of unit. There is a garage for a car, not big enough for pickup. There is a covered parking ramp just. Block from unit. Free parking and very nice if it is snowing. We did not use hot tub. But looked very nice. Owner is easy to communicate with. Recommend highly

Tamara was an excellent host—truly the best I’ve ever had. She was welcoming from the moment we booked, and her communication was outstanding throughout our stay. She even went the extra mile by leaving a balloon and a “Happy Birthday” sign after learning we were traveling for my daughter’s 16th birthday, which meant so much to us.The condo was in the perfect location—within walking distance to stores and restaurants, and just steps away from the lift stop. This made traveling back and forth to the ski resort incredibly convenient without the hassle of finding parking.The condo was also well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including thoughtful items you might forget to pack. Overall, I highly recommend booking this property and can’t wait to return!
This was a perfect base for our romantic weekend getaway to Winter Park! Beautiful, clean, and comfortable accommodations, the hot tub was sparkling clean, and our host Tamara was friendly & communicative. The location is fantastic - right on the Fraser River Trail and within a short walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops (Carver's is a stone's throw away and was perfect for Sunday brunch!). Epic Mountain Sports was within walking distance for renting bikes. I'll definitely be in touch to book again next time we come up to WP! Thanks Tamara!
We had a wonderful stay in Winter Park. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was comfy and the laundry was a real plus. We were able to park our Jeep Wrangler and two bikes in the garage each night. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. Nice to have after a long day of biking.The condo location is only a block away from the Fraser River Trail. Two blocks away from access to sweet single track. The condo was within walking distance to the local restaurants.The host was awesome. Welcoming to us and attentive to our questions and needs. We would highly recommend.

This condo has access to it all - bike trails out the patio door, and free shuttle to slopes right across the street. The perfect home base for your mountain adventures. And if you're like me, a dip in the private patio hot tub or a book by the fireplace is the best way to relax after a day of activity.
