Fantastic weekend stay

Enough snow to ski in and out of this charming condo. As a family of 5 we had enough space and truly enjoyed our weekend together. The condo is well stocked with a kitchen ware, games, bedding etc. I would absolutely stay again next season.

Great Ski Condo

My family stayed at David's condo for a ski weekend. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and especially liked the ski-in/ski-out location. Check in was easy and David was very responsive.

Tons of space. Better than the photos. Clean and easy 3 min walk to slopes, and skied back right to the door. The 3 stories and living area/tv in the basement made for a great family vacation. Thanks David.

Sugarbush Ski-in/out

Property was very well equipped (although could use a measuring cup!) and lived up to its description. Good location, somewhat isolated but conveniently close to skiing and town. Didn’t do ski in/out (beginner skier partner had to rent skis) but certainly seemed doable. Excellent communications from host. Would happily go back.

Great location with ski on/off

Location of the condo is hard to beat, ski on/off as long as Mother Nature cooperates. We were also able to watch the fireworks for the holiday weekend by just stepping outside. Condo set up is very cute and works well. It is a bit dated, but very clean and kitchen is well stocked. Easy check in and out and very reasonably priced. Super nice that each condo is stand alone, so more privacy than you would usually get in a condo.

Perfect holiday getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The proximity to Lincoln Peak was super convenient & being at the end of the road with the woods all behind us was really nice. Beautiful views and we were able to watch the NYE fireworks just outside the house through the trees. Plenty of space to spread out, well equipped kitchen. Unique 'windows' in the bedrooms that opened into the living room. Just a word of caution - the road into the entire complex was challenging & could definitely be improved.

Great place for a ski holiday!

This condo was perfect...had a cozy sitting area for conversations, dining table for meals and board games, and a large basement room for watching TV. There was plenty of space for all of the above. And the real reason for our stay...it is SO close to skiing at Sugarbush! There was no ski in/out, but that, we are guessing, was because of Mother Nature's stingy snowfall and not " false advertising". The condo is clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Heat and hot water were great after a long day skiing. We definitely hope to be back!

Not quite

Not perfect due to lack of hot tub. In house jacuzzi is not a hot tub. The facility was closed for winter which has one and the jacuzzi was the answer I got from David as the miscommunication as to having a hot tub. A hot tub is for at least four people. Trouble with heating in bonus room where tv was. Gas stove never stayed on. The condo was tidy and kitchen was big enough for 2 to work in. Very nice views of the mountains and probably fall foliage. I was disappointed but it suited most of our needs.

Great Location

David's property is right on the mountain. Truly ski on and ski off. He's very responsive and the property is in great shape. A great rental to enjoy all Sugarbush and valley has to offer.

Ski weekend

It was a very cold stay (below zero temps) which resulted in a few mishaps (frozen pipes that we had to thaw with a hairdryer) and one burst pipe in the evening. However, the Owner and property manager were very responsive and got a plumber on site rather quickly - which was no easy task given the negative temps and no doubt, many others looking for plumbers. The plumbers were quick and respectful and wore their masks, which we appreciated. The basement heater is on a timer and shuts off, but this was likely more of an issue for us given the frigid temps than on a "typical weekend," but just something worth knowing. Location is great and Owner always responded to our questions right away.

Great place! All we needed for multi day ski visit to Sugarbush. Owner was easy to communicate with and checking in and out was super easy. The place is well laid out for family dinners and hanging out. We’ll definitely stay again.

We used to own a condo at Sugarbush. This felt very much the same. Many details had the same design— this is a compliment.. Instructions were helpful and clear. Very nice first experience renting through VRBO

David was responsive and the place was great for a couple night weekend stop. There is a TV in the basement but none upstairs so make sure to bring a lap top! Overall, good experience
