Ski-In / Ski-Out, Top Floor Sugarbush Condo (Snow Creek)

Snow Creek is one of the few true ski-in/ski-out complexes at Sugarbush, located directly on the mountain, and this unit is one of the closest to the trail (only 3 doors down from the Spring Fling trail). Spring Fling is a primary snow making trail so you can count on convenient access whenever the resort is open.

From the front door it's a short walk (or ski) to the Spring Fling trail just above the Super Bravo chairlift and Gate House lodge. Easily ski back for lunch, a break, or at the end of the day. The slope side location is great for kids – they can come and go as they wish.

The top floor location provides a cathedral ceiling in the living room and makes this unit very quiet - no noise from neighbors (in ski boots) above you.

Our two bedroom, two bathroom condominium has the following layout: a master bedroom suite with private full bathroom and queen bed; a second bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds); a second full bathroom; open living room, kitchen, and dining room. Recently upgraded fireplace, windows, siding and new washer/dryer.

The family room features a leather sofa & loveseat and a new flat screen TV mounted above the wood-burning fireplace. Includes cable TV, a DVD/CD player, new stereo with iPod/USB port to listen to your own music selection through our stereo.

The unit is also equipped with washer & dryer and the well-stocked kitchen features a new stove & microwave with all utensils, coffee maker, etc…

There is a deck off the dining room for enjoying mountain views.

Firewood is provided next to the fireplace with more free firewood in the woodshed across parking lot.

A locker for ski storage is provided just outside the main door.

From this location you can walk down to the Castlerock Pub, Wunderbar, and Timber’s restaurant at the Surgarbush Resort base area or to the other restaurants in Sugarbush Village.

Also nearby is the Sugarbush Health and Racquet Club (SHARC), a year round sports center located near the base area at Lincoln Peak. SHARC offers indoor (year round) and outdoor (seasonal) pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, cardio and weight equipment, squash, racquetball, indoor & outdoor tennis courts, a rock-climbing gym, ping-pong, half-court basketball, fitness, yoga, and tennis classes, a co-ed steam room, sauna, and locker rooms.

This convenient location provides direct access to Sugarbush and all the Mad River Valley has to offer year round.

I stayed her for a wedding held at Sugarbush, with all activities centered at Clay Brook. Couldn't have asked for a better location as it's an easy walk or 1 min drive to Clay Brook and lifts. Property was spacious and in great shape and I loved having the balcony. Extremely happy and would definitely book again.

This is a cozy, comfy, ski in ski out property with everything you need. The leather couches are terrific... beds and baths too. So nice. The only drawback was playing games and cards and being yelled at by the downstairs neighbor that our kids were too loud.

Snow Creek condo is a Sugarbush gem

As advertised, incredibly easy ski-in/ski-out condo with incredibly convenient access to the the ski mountain and chair lifts. Perfect for getting out to ski and back for a strategic lunch. Easy access to the parking lot for carrying skis, luggage and groceries. Very practically appointed, clean, and organized ski condo. Sugarbush is a gem of a mountain, and so is Steve’s condo a gem of a ski vacation rental.

True ski in/out place. My kid liked playing Wii; while other kids played board games that they had. Note bring paper and pencils as nothing in the CLUE game. The fireplace is real burning wood and warms up the place once it gets going. Owner is quick to answer any questions. Good thing we brought paper towels and napkins as not provided with the house (maybe overlooked from previous rental to us). No complaints about beds. Towels were provided for showers but small for adults, like didn’t cover your body. Overall nice spot. Thanks for the hospitality

Nice property, lots of positives, very few faults.

Real nice location. We had 18" of snow the day we arrived so we could actually ski to the front walkway, normally you would be 100 ft or so from the trail. If there is very little snow, it may be a ten minute walk to the base lodge. This home was comfy and the wood fireplace was nice. The TV and sound system was real nice, but for the techinically challendged it could be frustrating. My advice is follow the owners instructions and be very careful pushing buttons on the remote. Snow creek had an endless supply of firewood at the end of the parking lot. The owner provided all kinds of spices and cooking and kitchen necessities. The ski locker was great, right at the entry of the condo. Not many minuses. The non stick cookware was warped and did stick, probably from renters overheating them on the electric range top. The master bath vanity sink may needs a refresh before the crack near the drain causes a leak problem and the bathroom shower drain did not drain fast enough causing water to back up into the tub. This place is really nice, the beds were comfy and I would stay here again.
