In a dead end located in the middle of a quiet residential area, in the heart of the city, stay in a nice T2 perched on the first floor of a villa with access and private parking. Enjoy the sunsets on a large west-facing terrace above the roofs with greenery around. Access on foot to all shops, bus station and train station. Very close to cycle paths and the ocean (approx. 3 km). Between the Basque country and the moors.

Très agréable séjour nous recommandons

Séjour parfait, Stéphane disponible et a l’écoute avec pleins de conseils pour notre séjour. Un grand balcon très bien exposé. Le plus les vélos à disposition très agréable pour se déplacer sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables. Nous avons très apprécié nôtre séjour. Merci

Cool apartment, little garden bungalow next to the beach, no frills but great place to crash and surf hard. Stephane is great, very friendly.

zwei erholsame Wochen in Labenne

Wir waren im Juni 2019 zu zweit für zwei Wochen hier. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Man kann den Bäcker, einen Intermarche und einige Geschäfte gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Vermieter stellt kostenfrei Fahrräder zur Verfügung, mit welchen man schnell am Meer ist (ca. 3 km). Dort findet man etwas abseits vom Ort menschenleere Strände. Die Wohnung enthält alles was man brauchen kann. Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche und WLAN. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und direkt davor einen großen Balkon. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Gleich neben Labenne ist ein kleines Naturschutzgebiet. Bayonne und Biarritz sind nicht weit. Bordeaux knapp 2 Stunden (unbedingt ansehen! tolle Stadt!). Das baskische Hinterland ist auch sehr schön. Viele Natur, kaum Tourismus. Perfekt für Naturliebhaber. Wir hatten eine wunderbare und entspannte Zeit hier. Vielen Dank an M. Javelaud

Excellent séjour. Appartement confortable avec tout le nécessaire, très bien situé, au calme. Terrasse bien exposée. Spent a lovely week in Labenne and it’s surrounding tourist areas. The apartment is small and cosy, very well equipped, with a beautiful outside terrace that is perfect to sit out on and enjoy the afternoon sunshine. The owner could not have been more welcoming and always available to contact if need be. Perfect! 😎👏👍

Kleines, durchdachtes Appartement in Meernähe

Eine kleine, blitzsaubere Wohnung. Die Besitzer haben an alles gedacht, die Töpfe und Pfannen waren in perfektem Zustand, alles hat funktioniert. Das Bett ist komfortabel. Einzig die Dusche ist für große Menschen eher unbequem, man duscht sich etwas gebückt oder in der Wanne sitzend. Unkomplizierter Empfang und netter Gastgeber! Für uns war die große Terrasse das Tollste. Sie wurde bei schönem Wetter zum zweiten Wohnzimmer, sogar einen Sonnenschirm gibt's.

MAGNIFIQUE ET SUPERBE LOCATION

Location superbe, très propre avec plus que ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur, tout le confort y est, il ne manque strictement rien. Bien exposé avec une magnifique terrasse bien suffisante pour passer de très agréable moment à deux. Nous y étions avec notre chien, il n'y a eu aucun souci, l'accueil avec le propriétaire est tout à fait cordial et sympa!! Il était disponible si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit, il loge sur place et franchement ce n’était absolument pas un problème, il y a 2 entrées différentes pour chacun des logements. C'est une personne très discrète, merci à vous Mr Javelaud, grâce à vous nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. En plus le coin est super joli, beaucoup de choses à faire!! Pratique pour les petites courses nous faisions tout à pied!! A l'an prochain j’espère!!!

De très belles vacances sur la Côte Landaise

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette location vraiment bien située ! A la fois au calme et proche de tout ! Les pistes cyclables sont proches de la location, pour aller à la plage, à Cap Breton...c'est vraiment appréciable ! Concernant le logement rien à redire. Il ne manque vraiment rien (sauf,peut-être, un barbecue) et le logement était très propre à notre arrivée. Quant à l’accueil du propriétaire, parfait ! Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour, et nous mettons cette adresse de cotée car sans doute nous y reviendrons !! Et bien sûr nous la conseillerons autour de nous !

Bonsoir, Nous avons passé une super semaine à Labenne! L'appartement est très bien entretenu, superbe terrasse, M. Javelaud est très agréable, donne de bons conseils et est très serviable. N'hésitez pas, allez-y! L''appartement est bien situé, très pratique pour se déplacer sur la côte basque et landaise sud, en vélo ou voiture. Idéal car un peu à l'écart du bruit et du monde et en même temps proche des commodités et voies d'accès. Nous y retournerons volontiers ;-)

Nice and confortable appartment

We spent three nights in this confortable and well equiped appartment. It is located near the beach (you will arrive in less than five minutes by car) and the photos on the web are exactely what you get. It has a very nice balcony and in the kitchen you have everything you need to cook and eat. Moreover, Stefane is a very kind and cheerful person who will help you with the planning of your trip. We would definitely recommend this appartment.

Accueil du propriétaire super sympa, de bons conseils et aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. L'appartement est propre, confortable (y c la literie) et agréable. Il n'y manque absolument rien, même pas les provisions de dépannage à l'arrivée. Dans une impasse, le calme est au rendez-vous et la vue est dégagée grâce à sa belle terrasse. Idéalement situé, la visite de la région en est facilité. A retenir et à recommander , même en hiver

Very nice Appartment in Labenne

We stayed for 3 weeks in July/August 2015 in this nice Appartment. It is located in a calm area in a small alley far away from traffic. We could park our car direct in front of the entrance. The appartment is totally equipped with everything you need and was very clean and comfortable, 100% as shown and expected. We had great afternoons / evenings on the big balcony within evening-sun. Stephane is a very likeable person who could give us a lot of advices and tips for the area. We really recommend this appartment for a calm and happy holiday in Labenne.

Landes, Pays basque, visites et farniente !

Séjour très sympa dans un lieu agréable, au calme, et non loin de l'océan, en vélo et en voiture (parking facile pour notre période en juillet). Le logement est bien entretenu et très bien équipé, tout comme la terrasse, bref nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le plus, c'est l'accueil du propriétaire qui donne de bons conseils et qui est aux petits soins pour petits et grands. Nous connaissions déjà les Landes, mais le point de chute de Labenne, permet de visiter le Pays basque à 2 pas, de pratiquer les pistes cyclables et de faire un tour d'horizon du sud des Landes (Soort Hossegor notamment pour ses bars, boutiques, etc). Si l'occasion se présente nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour en couple pour 1 semaine, nous avons été ravis de cette location : accueil sympathique et chaleureux de Stéphane le propriétaire, appartement très agréable, propre et bien équipé avec une belle terrasse en bois. Petits commerces et supermarché à proximité. Une bonne adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Great location and well equipped apartment!

We stayed here for a week with our toddler, the apartment is clean, has everything you need and is very comfortable. The outside balcony is spacious and great for catching the afternoon sun. Stephane was very hospitable and couldn't have been more helpful and kind. We would recommend this to others as a great little apartment for a holiday. Thank you.
