Enjoy Ocean views and stay in luxury at this brand new five bedroom four bathroom Marathon masterpiece including a pool and 40 feet of dockage overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious kitchen, cocktail lounge and living area with a giant TV make for a wonderful relaxing stay. Five bedrooms and four full bathrooms will accommodate large groups. Upstairs find two master suites and a third suite with direct bathroom access making this a great couples getaway. Unique pool has both sun and shade with optional pool heat for a fee.

Like to fish? Fish right in your own backyard in the canal. Snapper, Tarpon, Pinfish and other species can be caught right from the dock. Have the kids catch Pinfish from the dock, put them in your live well and head to the reef to catch the big ones! Bring your boat and be on the Atlantic in less than a minute for world class fishing and snorkeling year round. Like golf? Sombrero Country Club is also minutes from the house. If paddleboarding or kayaking is your thing, the flats right outside our canal are great for that activity also. Paddleboard or kayak to your hearts content! After your long days boating, fishing, golfing, biking, paddleboarding or kayaking, relax by the pool that will be the perfect temperature with optional heating and chilling. You earned it!

Our host was very responsive to any questions that we had before we came down and was extremely helpful. The home was very clean and we had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the pool almost daily. Also, the location is very convenient to many restaurants and grocery stores.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable, the living spaces were beautifully and tastefully furnished with more than adequate seating space. My grandchildren loved having the pool and dock area. This is the third year coming to Marathon for our family vacation. The first in this home. We loved the house and the location. We had plenty of room and amenities. The beds are very comfortable and we all enjoyed our own bathrooms. Bryon was extremely accommodating for any needs we had. The living room and dining areas were really comfortable. We would certainly stay again and encourage any large families to stay here as well. We really did want to leave but we will definitely be back and next time for a bit longer..

Exactly as described and ideal for myself and 5 friends from the UK to stay for a fishing vacation. The boat dock is great for dropping a line with loads of fish including snappers, a moray eel, tarpon, mullet and many others. We also had a 28ft rental boat which fitted snugly but okWe even had a visit from a nosy Manatee who hang around for a few picturesAll of the bedrooms were comfortable with aircon keeping us cool at night. There is a very well fitted kitchen with everything you could need, and of a high quality.We hope to be back again next year

Excellent space for group stay-cation

We’re FL locals (3 families) that drove down with two boats for a week stay. Easy to get to in Marathon, close enough to KW for a day trip. Dock space for easy boating/fishing. Clean, nice pool for cooling off. Also helped find space to store boat trailers for the week. The house itself was lovely, newly constructed or rehabbed. New appliances, easy to use. Beds were VERY comfortable - gel foam mattresses. Lots of towels including swim towels. Kitchen had the basics for cooking. We had to contact the property manager the first night for questions; Brian was very responsive and even had a back-up contact while he was traveling if we needed it. Highly recommend the space and the property mgmt.

Beautiful house, pictures accurate

My husband and I took my adult boys and their S/O for a fishing vacation at this house. We had a death in the family so my brother and my 4 year old son came and joined us on day 2. We rented a boat and was perfect access to the ocean from the house. No issues getting a 28’ boat in and out. Description of the property is accurate. The beds were super comfy. We had plenty of room and then some. Kitchen was great to socialize and cook together. Would suggest bringing some knives but other than that kitchen was fully stocked. Has a grill but no propane so bring a tank if you want to grill. Pool is small but great and we used it everyday! We did pay extra to heat it as I’m a Fl girl who likes my pool at 90 lol.Owner is super responsive to all texts. Even warmed the pool up a little more when I asked! 100 on customer service and responsiveness!It was a wonderful vacation to help heal our souls from an unexpected death in the family the day after we got there. We highly recommend this home for your vacation needs.
