Sedona Gorgeous, and a Great Value Too!
This condo is a fully furnished and fully equipped luxury 3 bedroom townhouse. The on- property golf course has been ranked the 19th best golf course in the United States per reviews in Golf Advisor! Our condo has a lovely deck with fantastic views of the Red Rocks, and a small patio off the master suite with a view of the mesa to the west. It has 2 baths, one off the master Living room has large stone fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful views of the Red Rocks, tile floors, and a separate dining room. Master suite has a walk in closet, and a private bath. Guest suite has a large closet with use of a separate bath across the hall. The third bedroom is open to the hallway and has a full bed and set of bunk beds. Laundry has a sink and washer and dyer. The condo is beautifully decorated. A two car attached garage is included.
Located in a beautifully gated country club setting, nestled among the Red Rocks, you will have access to an executive golf course, pro shop, tennis courts, clubhouse with library and pool and hot tub (in season). The pool area is gorgeous! The golf course is ranked 19th Best Short Course in the US by Golf Advisor website.
Condo has free wi-fi and three flat screen TV's. We offer streaming channels. Local channels are limited. You will need to log in with your own credentials to access any streaming features that require payment.
Stores, shops, restaurants, hardware are less than one mile away. Excellent access to I-17 for sightseeing to the Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, etc. Many miles of hiking trails one mile away.
Activities in the area include: Fishing, Spelunking, Biking, Hunting, Racquetball, Wildlife viewing, Rock climbing, Horseback riding, Art galleries, Vortex Tours, Spiritual quests, Balloon rides, Wine tasting, and even a St. Patrick’s Day Parade!
The following rules apply to use of the property. I am including them here so you do not have to search the site for them. 👍
House Rules per HOA:
General
1. Owners are responsible for the conduct of, and any damage caused by their Guests or Renters. Owners may choose to pass on fines to their Renters.
2. Always be respectful of others. Loud, abusive, indecent or profane language or loud noise is prohibited.
3. No more than two pets are permitted per unit. Dogs must be kept on a leash and their solid waste picked up immediately and disposed of in a trash receptacle.
4. Garage doors are to be kept closed except when moving vehicles in and out or when residents are in their garage.
5. Neither laundry nor other items may be hung in the open to dry.
6. Trash and recycling bins should not be placed at curbside before 4:00 p.m. the day before scheduled pickup and should be put away by the end of the pickup day.
7. Skateboarding, rollerblading/skating, motorized or non-motorized “go-peds” and scooters of any type may not be used within Canyon Mesa at any time
8. Outside lights are not to be left on overnight.
Vehicles
1. No trucks, buses, trailers, horse trailers, boats, campers, recreational vehicles, motor homes, or vehicles other than passenger automobiles, pickup trucks and vans (less than ¾ ton) shall be permitted on the property, with the exception of daytime parking limited to deliveries and social visits.
2. No vehicle, shall be left on the streets of Canyon Mesa Country Club between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m.
3. Overnight (midnight to 6:00 a.m.) parking in driveways for guests visiting an owner is permitted for a period not to exceed 7 nights. Tenants must use the garage/carport to park their vehicle(s).
4. Exceptions to vehicle parking rules may be permitted with prior approval from the Association Office.
Golf/Tennis
1. All players for golf, foot golf, tennis, or pickleball must check in at the Pro Shop prior to playing. Hours and fees for renters/guests are posted in the Pro Shop.
2. Walking on golf paths is restricted during play hours or when golfers are present.
3. Pets are not permitted on the golf course at any time.
Pool/Spa
1. Pets, glass containers, alcoholic beverages, radios, boom boxes or smoking are not permitted in the pool area. Food may not be consumed while in the pool water.
2. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Guests not residing within Canyon Mesa must be accompanied by a Owner/Renter.
4. The pool gate must be kept closed and locked.
