About this property

Little taste of Heaven, 5 min walk to pool/hot tub, close to hikes & restaurants

Our home is charming, cozy & comfortable. It is a single-story home located in the heart of the ‘Nepenthe Neighborhood’ an upscale community in West Sedona. **NO PETS ALLOWED** It is only a 5 minute walk to ‘Nepenthe’s private pool’ We have 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths. Parking is limited with a 2 car garage - your vehicle must be 18ft long or less to fit & no taller vehicles will fit either (there is no other parking available) We have a very large private backyard brick patio with a fire pit you can stargaze at night & enjoy your coffee out on the patio in the morning. There is a partial view of Mt Thunder from the patio as well. You can walk to restaurants, hikes, theaters, banks, and grocery stores.... Beautifully decorated, with a touch of personal artwork. The ‘Nepenthe Community pool’ is always heated from May 1st through September 30th..... If the night temp stays above 50 degrees it will be heated earlier & last longer, but it is always open. Our hot tub is open all year round as well! You must have our pool key to enter ~ We are about 2 1/2 miles to uptown Sedona. We are around 1 mile to Sunset park (Tennis court & basketball court) Playground area too. We have 2 bicycle’s, 2 tennis rackets & badminton available to use as well ~

NO PETS OR ANIMALS allowed. We love animals but because of a very serious lung condition, we just can't allow them in our home. See rule #2
If excessive pet hair is found whether a pet was there or not, to keep the integrity of our home, a deep cleaning fee will be assessed by cleaners

The hosts, Julie and Greg are the best. Prompt on messages and super friendly. They provide tips and info on the area including a park pass! The pool is quiet and relaxing and the location is central. The beds are comfortable and the house is charming and cozy. Everything you need is right here. This was our second time staying here.

This was an exceptional property and I wish we had been able to stay there longer. It was in a beautiful development with incredible views of the red rock. The rooms were spacious and clean and we spent a lot of our time in the living room and on the patio playing cards and visiting. The condo was close to hiking and restaurants and it was very quiet. Julie and Greg have a very inviting home with beautiful artwork throughout that Greg painted. We will return :-)

Everything as advertised, well stocked and clean. We ran into a minor issue when trying to use the pool and hot tub in the evening as there were no outdoor lights functioning when we tried to use. Everything else was great and very good communication with owner.

We had an amazing week in Sedona. Little taste of heaven had everything our family of four (including a 17 and 19 year old boy) could need. We enjoyed the location to restaurants and hiking! The hot tub was a great way to end a full day of hiking and grilling out steaks on Christmas was perfect. I would recommend this vrbo to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This property was truly a taste of Heaven. From sitting on the patio with a view of Thunder Mountain, to its close proximity to restaurants, downtown Sedona and trail heads. Our weekend in Sedona was made so memorable by our stay at this special place. We took advantage of the Host’s maps, restaurant suggestions, pool key and access to a park pass. I was born and raised in Arizona & we love it here! We lived in the NW and now live in Surprise & Sedona ~ We are so excited to be a part of the Sedona Community :-) We have our beautiful Townhome as comfortable and nice as possible, so our guests will want to come back time & time again...... We plan on using it as much as we can as well!

Why they chose this property

You can easily walk to the grocery and restaurants, movie theater, and even to the Airport Loop trail head. Access to trails and views from Dry Creek Road are only 5 minutes away. You can't beat it .....fabulous Community, comfortable and well stocked with all of your cooking needs. TV's in living room and master bedroom too. Both TV’s are Smart TV with access to our Free Netflix, YouTube acct & free wifi as well. Relaxing community pool & hot tub too!

What makes this property unique

We have shutters through out the entire home which creates a homey feeling with lots of privacy. There is a wonderful brick patio with a fire pit and chairs, with a view of Mt Thunder & stars at night! We have 'The Hotel Collection' sheets for the comfort of our guests along with very comfortable beds. (Look at our reviews!) Most of the artwork on our walls is painted by my husband ‘Greg’ & available to purchase if you'd like. (Acrylic on canvas)
