Enjoy both the peace and quiet of the Springs with good access to Hamptons town and beach life in this comfortable, clean, quiet and cozy home.

The ground floor has 3 guest bedrooms and can sleep 6. One Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with two twins, and a third bedroom with one queen bed. The hallway bathroom has a deep soaking tub.

The dining table seats 8 comfortably and opens to a screen porch to enjoy the outdoors.

The living room has a working fireplace to enjoy cooler evenings.

The second floor is a finished attic complete with TV room, and a fourth bedroom with three twin beds. Guest counts over 6 may only be approved on a case-by-case basis due to extra demand on water and waste systems.

The backyard is completed fenced in for privacy and contains a firepit, BBQ, outdoor dining table, outdoor sink, and outdoor shower to clean up after a trip to the beach.

The house is part of Clearwater Beach community which has private access to a marina, playground, picnic area, and beach.

Picture perfect house

The house was exactly as in pictures. No surprises at all! Larry was a great host. He communicated with me regularly before out trip started and checked in once I had reached. There was a snow storm on the day of our check in and Larry made sure the entryway was salted and safe for us. He gave us great recommendations for food and walks close by as well. The house was everything we needed. Anything we thought that missed bringing was already provided like small bottles of toiletries and kitchen utensils. We loved the house and will definitely be returning.
