2-bedroom 1,020 sq ft. villa and just a block away from the Vegas Strip! You can also catch a ride to Downtown Fremont Street or Las Vegas North Outlets.

This 2-bedroom unit sleeps 4 to 6 adults. The unit includes:

• 1st Bedroom: 1 King bed
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 King bed
• Living Space: Sofa bed, cable TV, and in-room heating and air conditioning
• Kitchen: Stainless steel kitchen appliances, microwave, refrigerator, and complimentary tea and coffee
• Bathrooms: Hairdryer, towels, toiletries, and in-suite washer and dryer

It’s perfect if you have tickets to a Sphere show! Otherwise it’s a 15 min walk to the strip. It’s a timeshare & they will call the room daily to try to get you into one of their demos. We didn’t like being on the 3rd floor. My 71 year old father was definitely upset about that. I wish we would have been given an option on that. They never cleaned our room. We set a giant bag of trash out for pickup and it was still sitting there when we left.

Great location!! Super Easy access to the Sphere as well as the strip. Nice pools onsite to unwind. Unit was clean and well furnished. Unfortunately we had to deal with noise from traffic and construction since our unit was located on the street, at the front of the property. We did need to decline some pressure to attend an informational (90 min) timeshare session prior to getting our keys activated. I was also unaware of the additional resort fees that were due at check in.

Good location. Clean property. Nice apartment set up. All needed amenities: pots, glasses, cups, plates, cleaning. Laundry with some detergent. Bathrooms with Dove shampoo and such. Good bedding. Pool. The only BIG issue was that in-unit AC wasn’t distributing cold air and general air circulation evenly, living room and main bedroom were super cold while secondary bedroom was hot.
