We had a great stay at The Signature at MGM! The two adjoining king suites were perfect for our group, providing plenty of space, privacy, and comfort. Both suites were very clean, well-maintained, and had beautiful views.The location was excellent—close to everything on the Strip while still offering a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Having access to the MGM Grand pools was a huge bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and conveniently located place to stay in Las Vegas.

The condo is in a great location right off the strip with a quieter feel which was nice. We enjoyed the amenities such as the onsite restaurant and the pool. We did not find the condo to be as clean as others had stated. We reached out to the owners who had previously been very communicative to ask about the cleaning service and a few other minor issues (coffee maker and very slow drain in bathroom sink) and received a response that they would look into the issues and be back in touch. We did not hear from them until we checked out and the concerns were not addressed.

Everything about the stay was easy. The valet parking was a big plus. The view was awesome, and Starbucks in the lobby was super convenient. Highly recommend.
