The check in process was very smooth and contact with host was great. Very welcoming. There are some improvements that could be done to the place like bedding, washing machine needs cleaning and dishwasher needs to be fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything you need and to main attractions, downtown and places to eat very accessible. We would visit again.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bedding, washing machine, and dishwasher. We take these matters seriously and will review them with our team to ensure everything meets the high standards we aim to provide. During your stay, we were happy to accommodate your additional requests for a playpen and rollaway bed, even though the listing already includes two king and two queen beds. Our goal is always to be as responsive and accommodating as possible to our guests’ needs. Regarding the dishwasher, we did ask to be informed if the issue persisted so it could be resolved promptly, but we did not receive further notice during your stay. Nonetheless, we will ensure it is checked thoroughly. We’re pleased to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay and would consider visiting again. Lovely all around. Beautiful large and spacious home just a short walk to the beach. Host was so helpful and communicative and prompt. Everything was just as it said it would be. Great neighborhood. Very happy and would recommend to a friend.

Cleanliness-8: Property was very clean; pictures on VRBO site accurately represent the rooms. Communication-9: They reached out prior to arrival to make sure we were all set and to provide information for check in. We appreciated recommendations for local taxi drivers they have used. They were also very responsive to our questions whenever we asked for information both before the stay and during. The property owner also stopped in to check on things a couple of times throughout the week. Check In-9: The property owner made this process pretty seamless for us. Location-7: Good but one thing we came to realize pretty quickly was that the Bahamas caters to the cruise ships and people staying at BahaMar and/or Atlantis. Many local restaurants/businesses close down around 6 except for ones located at those two resorts. The location is a short 5 min walk to Saunders Beach. There are no chairs to rent at that beach so you must have your own towels/chairs if you want to lay on the beach. If you go somewhere, you must walk, drive or take a taxi, which for 6 people was roughly 30-40 one way. Accuracy-8: Listing pretty close to actual property. Our one disappointment was beach chairs. There are several beach loungers by the pool although a couple need repair but there are none to take over to the beach. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans.Value-7: Property met our needs and provided good value. Wi-Fi speed/bandwidth not sufficient for 6 people.
