The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When tossing out garbage, bins can be found to the east of the property once you’ve stepped outside the main gate (that leads into parking lot)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The location is for rest and relaxation; no parties or loud events are to take place especially during the quiet hours of 10pm-8am).
The designated parking spot is number 7. Should there be any additional vehicles, they will be required to park on the side of the road.
No littering, respect the green environment; trash must be properly disposed of in garbage bags provided in the unit.

Ron is a great host, very friendly, professional and accommodating! The property is a short 5 - 10 minute walk to the Atlantis complex with Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, other restaurants, shopping, groceries and the ferry to downtown Nassau. Cabbage beach is about 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. The property is clean and well maintained. Full kitchen if you’re making your own meals. Highly recommended for visiting Paradise Island and New Providence (Nassau). We rented a car so we could see the whole island and it was great! The locals are very friendly and welcoming even in the non tourist areas!!

Amazing stay on Paradise Island!

We have just left beautiful Paradise Island and had a wonderful stay at Four Shells. Ron was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions and even stopped by to say hi when we arrived. This property has been recently renovated inside and has a great location with everything being only a 10 minute walk away. It’s a cozy and quiet condo with a great outdoor space. Cabbage Beach is a beautiful beach and just a short walk away. We enjoyed many delicious meals on the island with our favourites being Viola’s, Anthony’s, and Margaritaville. We also spent a day at the Atlantis Water Park, which was a lot of fun.

Feeling home

The place is really well located if you are willing to stay on Paradise island. Ron is a very attentive host. The house was prepared with care and attention, and we do felt like being home! (a special thanks for the guitare !) I definitly recommand the place!

Home away from home

Four Shells is nestled in a quiet spot on Paradise Island. It is close to many things; a ten minute walk to restaurants, Atlantis, Cabbage Beach, boutique shops. My husband and son enjoyed golfing at Ocean Club. Four Shells was equipped with a charcoal grill which we appreciated using. We enjoyed morning coffee on the spacious private patio. Highly recommend Four Shells. Ron is a super host.

Beach in November

We had a lovely 7 day trip to the Bahamas. Our family of four had plenty of space in Ron's comfortable property. The home was well equipped for 3 meals per day and the property location was perfect. Less than half mile to Atlantis, Cabbage Beach and Margaritaville. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Ron is an excellent host, responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend his property for your future trip to the Bahama's.

Clean. Lovely patio. Ron is a great host. Beds comfy. Violas nearby - great place to eat. Atlantis aquarium is nice but wait till the ticket booth closes. See if for free. Beach is close . Watch out for full moon waves!!

Quiet convenient location

Ron is a great and an 'on top of it' host. We really enjoyed talking with him. The location on Paradise Island is great. Easy walk to Atlantis, the harbor, Cabbage beach, etc. But also quiet and away from the crowds. We only had a couple of nights in Nassau, but enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen even though we only used it for morning coffee. And sitting out in the patio was very nice. 2 nice bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms!

Great place on paradise Island for a family group to have more room

This place is lovely and we felt safe. Ron was very helpful. When you go out of the property a wee supermarket is off the main road about 5 minute walk as is a restaurant and Wendy’s Dunkin Doughnuts and a great restaurant Antony’s happy hour is good here. The Atlantis casino is just further along approx another 5 minutes. There is a pool shared in the complex but we did not use this. The beach is not far. The property has all you need two bathrooms, utensils and cooking equipment. If you are a DIY person perhaps close your eyes to some of the things but you’re not on holiday to study the DIY just relax instead. Ron thank you for a lovely stay we would recommend you to anyone. Thank you

Ron, the host/owner is fantastic!

Our accommodations were fine and met our needs for the two couples. The washer/dryer in the unit was bit small but does accommodate tiny loads. We were there for two weeks and there is a laundry room on site and this was the option we used and that was fine with us.I think the pools could use a little attention by the management or grounds keepers. Near the end of our stay I thought they looked a little green. I’m guessing a lack of chlorine or maintenance. I did mention it to one of the workers I saw and he said it looked very green. He said that perhaps they would clean them the following day. The location of the condo itself is great! Easy to walk to shops, beach, pubs, Atlantis resort and just touring the area. I would recommend this property.
