Make this apartment your home base as you explore Quito and all the surrounding areas. It is about a one hour drive from the airport with daily traffic, a 25 minutes drive to Quito Colonial Centre with daily traffic, and a 40 minute drive to the Middle of the World Monument with light traffic. The neighborhood is relatively quiet considering Quito's busy nature. Disclaimer: The fireplace is only for decoration purposes and it’s not usable, we have one spot for parking and fees may change due holidays and amount of days of the reservation

Not ready and not exactly as listed - fireplace does not work, no heaters provided. There is no mountainview, only buildings.Television/internet not working - took greeter about an hour to get internet connected, then volume non-functional on tv. After four days, finally resolved, but batteries ran out on remote. No extras in apartment.Gas tank ran out (so easily avoidable if checked) was replaced next day. Noisy street. Streetlamp shines directly into masterbedroom like a search light all night. You pay for two bedrooms then are told one is kept locked and used for storage, so unable to switch sleeping preference. Given one roll toilet paper, (for 12 days) one tiniest bar of bath soap - there are three sinks - no dishwashing soap or laundry soap or cleaning products, one bath towel, one hand towel, no wash clothes. Leak under kitchen sink causing odor. Pots and pans so scratched up I would not use them. No bolt lock on entry door, a simple locking doorknob with oldfashioned chain. I wasn't going to leave a review, then I saw I WAS CHARGED for some incidental. I should have receive a credit!
