Fantastic People, Awesome Space

I am really appreciative of Isidro being a super helpful, courteous, kind, and respectful person. His property was very spacious, clean, with great amenities. I stayed for a month and if any issue arose, it was taken care of immediately. The property is located in the center of everything. It has a great key system to help with security. I also enjoyed the squid game action going on with the staircase, lol; it gave some quirkiness to the property. I also loved the employees there; they were all kind and helpful. I would love to stay there again when we go back. Thank you so much!

Welcome to Ecuador, a land of diversity and beauty. I was born in the Amazonía, the heart of the rainforest, and grew up in Quito, the capital city. I have a deep appreciation for both the natural and cultural wonders of my country. As a local, I can share with you the best tips and secrets to make your stay unforgettable. Whether you want to explore the historic center of Quito, hike the volcanoes, or visit the indigenous communities, I can help you plan your perfect trip.

Why they chose this property

Enjoy the convenience and comfort of staying in the center of Quito. This place is just a 5-minute walk from the “Inaquito” metro station and the beautiful park La Carolina, where you can relax, exercise, or visit the botanical garden.

You will never run out of things to do in this lively neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options nearby. You can also easily access the historic Old Town, where you can admire the colonial architecture, museums, and churches.

For your convenience, there are 24-hour stores close to the place, where you can find anything you need.

What makes this property unique

This spacious 2-bedroom property is a rare find in downtown Quito. You can enjoy the convenience of being close to everything, without sacrificing peace and quiet. The property is tucked away in a back building, away from the noise of the city
