Apartment full sea view and all comfort located on the 2nd floor of a real "House of fishermen" located along the road along the port of "La Houle" under Cancale. An apartment of about 30 m2 consisting of: SE of a room with a large bed 140 and adjacent to the SW, a lounge with a round table, 2 chairs, 4 chairs, d a wardrobe and a TV. This living room communicates in the North to a kitchen / office equipped with usual appliances (gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, etc ..) and, adjacent to the latter, a bathroom / WC equipped with a shower (1/4 round) ), a vanity unit, a washing machine and a toilet. Access to this apartment is via a staircase (relatively steep) leading north of the house. Apart from this connecting staircase, the apartment is totally independent of the other premises of the house

Charming property

J'ai adoré les proprios de mes vacances (06/09/2025-13/09/2025), c'est une famille de marins très proche des gens. Les escaliers sont dits un peu raides, pour moi non (50 ans, pas vraiment sportif), pour ma compagne un peu plus dur (66 ans, diabétique, encore moins sportive) et pourtant, tout c'est bien passé. Quand on aime les huîtres il faut les déguster à Cancale... pas loin d'un logement avec une superbe vue mer...Un gros merci à Madame et Monsieur Gazengel
le chien de ma grande tante est monté au ciel (vu du 2nd étage)
les huitres ne se baladent pas toutes seules

Au marché aux huîtres, on les mange et on jette les coquilles vers la mer, ça fera du sable

Très bon séjour! Propriétaires accueillants et d'une grande gentillesse. Appartement très agreable dans une ancienne maison de pêcheur, propre, vue sur mer et proche de tout...L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais très fonctionnel, idéal pour un couple... La douche est récente et spacieuse malgré la taille de la salle de bain. Dommage qu'on ne la voit pas sur les photos Très bonne litterie contrairement à l'un des commentaire que j'avais lu. Un endroit magnifique avec vue panoramique sur la baie. Au loin on peut apercevoir le mont St Michel et c'est plaisir de le voir à chaque fois. Se promener le long du port , boutiques et restaurants. Marché aux huitres que vous pourrez deguster sur place. De beaux chemins de randonnee. Hôtes très accueillants, Seuls bemols, cet escalier en colimaçon un peu compliqué si personne peu agile, et mieux vaut ne pqs avoir de bagages trop lourds et encombrants. Un point qui nous a déçu, c'est la vétusté des sanitaires et de la cuisine. Il serait bon de leur donner un bon coup de neuf radical. Cependant cette petite location dans maison de pécheur est atypique, la literie confortable et propre. Son emplacement idéal

Un logement sympathique et propre. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets.Comme mentionné dans l'annonce prévoir draps et serviettes et l'escalier en colimaçon est raide et étroit.Vue sur le port et proches des restaurants etc.Un parking gratuit est à disposition au-dessus du logement à 5 min à pied.Parfois des places disponibles juste devant le logement (gratuites entre 22:00 et 10:00)Cancale et son port sont charmants.

de st Malo au Mont st Michel nous avons fait toute la cote "sublime." nous avons été gaté par le temps chaud et ensoleillé. Cancale situé idéalement entre les deux est une petite ville basse et haute à la fois avec des vues sur la baie magnifiques.je recommande

appartement qui conviendrer a des personnes de moins de 50 ans cause escalier un peu difficile

ma femme avons apprecies la semaine passee a cancale bord de mer avec vue imprenable les personnes de l appartement tres gentils. le seul petit bemol est l escalier un peu difficile a monter 2 etages je remercies mr et mme Gazengel et abritel pour leur service tres competent.a l annee prochaine pour un autre sejour. cordialement mr mme Darmobit

Situation géographique,calme,commodité,qualité restaurations,services,magasins sont très satisfaisan

L'emplacement , la précision de l'annonce , le bourg de Cancale , les balades et visites alentour Très bien , Nos souhaitions manger des fruits de mer , marcher , se reposer et prendre l'air. C'est un succès total. Le logement nous allait mais un peu vieillot et pas très propre , c'est le seul point moyen de notre séjour. L'age des propriétaires est peut être une explication. Tolle Unterkunft mit netten Gastgebern

Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Ich und mein Hund wurden herzlich empfangen (sogar beim Gepäck wurde mir geholfen) und mir wurde alles genau gezeigt, z.b Parkmöglichkeiten, sowie Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Fischerdorf ist wirklich sehr schön, aber auch viele Orte in der Umgebung kann man gut besichtigen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour. Mon chien et moi avons été chaleureusement accueillis (on m'a même aidé avec mes bagages) et tout m'a été montré en détail, par exemple les possibilités de stationnement et les recommandations d'activités. Les hôtes sont vraiment très sympathiques. Le logement est très bien équipé. Le village de pêcheurs est vraiment très beau, mais vous pourrez également visiter de nombreux endroits aux alentours. Je reviendrais certainement.
