In the historic fishing district, fisherman's house completely renovated located on the port of the swell, VERY APPRECIABLE private parking near the house, quiet street, near concerts, exhibitions, restaurants, shops, the sea is 80 m, many activities. WIFI ACCESS. From 180 euros the weekend 2 nights. Tourist taxes 1,20 €. During the school holidays, we rent from Saturday to Saturday, I prefer that we communicate together before booking.
You have the possibility to rent bed linen, duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcase, as well as towels and dish towels.
10 euros for 1 bed, 8 euros per person for towels.

La maison est bien placée dans une rue calme, près des commerces. Par contre, elle a un sérieux besoin d'entretien voire de rénovation (Problème de clé de porte d'entrée, de fermeture de volet, de forte odeur d'humidité au RDC, de fermeture de portes intérieures etc..) Il manque également des tapis à la sortie des douches.Certaines remarques ayant déjà été formulées auparavant par d'autres vacanciers.Merci à Maryse pour nous avoir accueillis et écouté nos remarques, en espérant qu'elles servent à améliorer le logement pour les futurs vacanciers.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist bestens (rustikal aber wertig) ausgestattet und liegt in 5 Gehminuten zum Hafen/Strand. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und freundlich. Wir haben uns (3 Personen) sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet Platz für 7 Personen (1 Zimmer mit Hochbett für zwei Kinder und 2 Zimmer für 2 und 3 Personen).Es kann ein PKW-Parkplatz (100 Meter Fußweg) angemietet werden, was sehr zu empfehlen ist.Cancale erklärt sich eigentlich von selbst. Wir waren jetzt schon 4-mal dort und sind immer wieder begeistert.Unser nächster Urlaub dort ist fest geplant.

Séjour magnifique dans une belle région

Endroit calme et reposant avec des merveilleux plages. Logement bien situé. Village accesibile facilement à pied. On parle plus de la spécificité de village, les huîtres.

Super emplacement pour resto surtout et pour randonnées avec de superbes vues sur la mer .toutefois faut prendre la place de parking. Grande maison de pêcheur bien équipée.. Merci a Emmanuel pour ses messages pour savoir si tout allait bien..

Maison du pêcheur

Maison bien située dans Cancale. Le parking pour 40€ la semaine a été bien apprécié. Dommage que les odeurs d'humidité prennent à la gorge en entrant et persistent malgré fenêtre ouverte en continu. Dommage que le lave linge était en panne depuis...avant notre arrivée(pas prévenus).Le lave vaisselle s'est "bouché" le jeudi. Serrure porte d'entrée à revoir...fuite de la douche du 2ème étage sur la chambre en dessous. Barbecue et salon de jardin inutilisables. Escaliers pas du tout pratique pour enfants et personnes qui ont des difficultés à marcher. La maison a un besoin sérieux d'entretien et de rénovation !!!

la WIFI annoncée n'a jamais marché et le loueur nous a ignoré après notre 2eme relance. Pas de tapis de bains dans les salles de bains. La fenetre de la cuisine séjour ne s'ouvre pas. ménage mal fait (derriere petits meubles et chevet de lit non fait). porte du WC au rdc ne ferme pas et porte d'entrée impossible de metre la clé. Parking, draps, serviettes payants. prix du ménage élevé....etc.

Bon séjour

Points forts : emplacement, parking et très calme Description et photos à mettre à jour : il n’y a pas de bain à remous ou spa (ce n’était pas dans nos critères de sélection donc pas de soucis pour nous). Accès au jardin difficile pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à monter ou descendre les marches, nous avons lu que des travaux étaient prévus, ce point devrait donc être amélioré. Globalement satisfaites de notre séjour dans cette superbe région.

Chouette hébergement à 2 pas du port

Cette ancienne maison de pêcheur a gardé tout son charme et elle est très bien située légèrement en retrait de l'animation du port. Nous avons passé 2 nuits en famille et la communication avec Emmanuel et sa voisine Maryse a été très agréable. Nous recommandons cette hébergement au bon rapport qualité/prix.

Agréable sejour

On a passé un très bon séjour avec un temps magnifique. La maison est très bien située, quartier calme mais à proximité du quai très animé. Le seul bémol pour des personnes d’un certain âge ce sont les escaliers assez raides pour accéder aux 1er et 2ème étages. Mais c’est une maison ancienne qui mériterait peut être un entretien un peu mieux suivi.

Schöne Tage in der Bretagne

Cancale ist ein charmanter kleiner Ort und das Häuschen in einer ruhigen, witzig dekorierten Parallelstraße zur Strandpromenade gelegen. Das Haus selber ist gut ausgestattet und liebenswert. Man muss schlank und gut zu Fuß sein, weil sich die Räume über 3 Stockwerke verteilen und die Treppen eng sind. Derzeit gibt es eine Diskrepanz zum Inserat, weil Mr. Man eigentlich keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche mehr vermieten möchte. Das sollte man im Vorfeld abklären. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Tage dort genossen.

Es hätte sehr schön sein könne - War es aber nicht

Grundsätzlich gut ausgestattetet, hübsches Häuschen in guter, ruhiger (außer Fr u Sa) Lage. Aber: Nach 5 Min haben wir festgestellt, dass unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter tiefschwarze Knie vom Krabbeln auf dem Küchenboden hatte. Also erstmal wischen. Danach haben wir gemerkt, dass das Babybett kaputt war (was wir zum Glück provisorisch herrichten konnten). Das Inlay vom Babystuhl war auch kaputt und verdreckt – Der Stuhl ohne Inlay leider zu groß. Auch einiges an Besteck und Geschirr war nicht sauber. Früh am nächsten Morgen (Baby) wollte ich mir einen Kaffee mit der Kapselmasche machen. Die war dann leider am Schimmeln. Weitere kleine Dinge waren nicht in Ordnung. Die größten Probleme (Dreck und kaputte Babysachen) haben wir dem Vermieter vermittelt. Dieser war immer äußerst nett, aber wenig hilfreich. Kurzfassung: Er hat uns unter anderem angeboten, dass die Dame, die uns in die Wohnung gelassen hat, nochmal vorbeikommt und das Babybett repariert und die Kaffeemaschine reinigt. Beides wurde nicht gemacht. Wir hatten irgendwann keine Lust mehr unsere wenig freie Zeit (Urlaub mit 3 Kindern inklusive Baby) mit E-Mails an den Vermieter zu verbringen. Dinge die in der Anzeige unserer Meinung nach falsch dargestellt werden: - Münzwaschmaschine befindet sich nicht in der Wohnung. - Die Reinigung der Wohnung muss separat bezahlt werden. - Bettwäsche gab es nur ausnahmsweise und nach weiterer, separater Zahlung.

AVIS SUR LA LOCATION

Bonjour, La location est très bien située, dans le bas de Cancale et proche du port. Un très bon atout. Très bien accueillies par Maryse pour les clefs et bons contacts (mails, téléphone) avec Emmanuel, le propriétaire. Remarques ceci dit sur 2 ou 3 points : la location de draps et linge de maison n'est plus d'actualité, les étages sont bien indiqués dans l'annonce, mais les escaliers ne sont vraiment pas faciles (à éviter pour des personnes à mobilité réduite). Dernier point, le plus négatif à mon sens, c'est le jardin... L'annonce fait allusion à 5 marches... En fait, il est sur 2 niveaux... Il faut donc considérer que le jardin est au 1er étage, accès à une petite courette et le jardin lui-même est à effectivement 5 marches... C'est le côté négatif. Il est important de la préciser pour les prochains.

Week end en bretagne sous le soleil les pieds dans l eau

Ballade a la pointe du grouin Baignade pres de la maison de leo ferre . Visite a st malo. degustation fruits de mer principalement( huitres pinces de crabes bulots moules.....)sous le parasol dans le petit jardin du pecheur. GENIAL.
