Lionshead Village Condo

We had a great stay at this location. This is not a negative but an observation. We were expecting a more forward facing view of the mountain, not from one window/balcony around the next building. The main view is of the massive parking lot below and the highway. There was highway noise which we were also not expecting, given we thought the orientation of the unit was away from the highway not on the end cap of the building. Again not a complaint per se but a renter be aware. We did not ask and made an assumption based on google earth. Well equipped condo and plenty of space. Nice touch of being on the "penthouse" level with a private entrance right off the elevator and being on the top floor.

The place was nice but dated. There should be extra pillows, towels, etc. The toilets did not flush well the entire trip and were clogged a lot. The showers had issues with drainage as well.

Great location

Bedrooms - 4 bedrooms, comfortable beds, individual temperature control with floor heaters, black out shades in many rooms appreciated, top bedroom/loft doesn't have a door so open to common space below Bathrooms - 3, well stocked with towels Deck - with gas grill hookup, great views of slopes Kitchen - all cookware/plates/utensils needed, although could use some extra cabinet space for your own food Living room - big TV, cowhide couch not most comfortable (a bit prickly) but easily solved with putting blankets down on top (plenty of those supplied by unit), appreciated games (including kids games) provided Ski storage - heated floors on entry way of private floor, but no way to lock and people COULD come up via elevator Location - very convenient to slopes and all to do in Lionshead. Short walk to ski school, we brought collapsable wagon to make the trip even easier for little legs. :) Came for ski trip with 3 generations, had a great time, and would love to come back to this unit!

Great location and unit. Only negative is the animal hide upholstery on the sofa. It’s super itchy and leaves animal hair all over your clothes.

Great location for families

We stayed here for a week with our 2, 4, and 8 year old kids. It was an easy walk to Eagle Bahn Gondola and ski school for the kids. Hot tub was clean and on-site property management (Moe) was kind and helpful. Rob with RentVail.com went above and beyond helping to late a second parking pass for our stay and was super responsive prior to our stay. Two cons: I games, cards, etc for evening wind down time. The fur on the couch is uncomfortable (pokes through your clothes) so we just made sure to lay something down on the couch prior to sitting on it. Overall, great week and I would definitely recommend this condo for families.

was great for 8 adults... and i loved that they had a few large pots.. with that many need volume of cooking and that isnt always what we find in 4 bedroom places.. location awesome
