Excellent location

This condo is so close to the gondola and shops at Lions head and is very well equipped. The only downside is no hot tubs, which is a bummer after a day on the slopes.

Excellent condo close to lifts.

Perfect 3 bed, 3 bath condo. Good and responsive host. Only a 3 minute walk to the lifts Grocery store just outside condo. Parking was easy and has high clearance for a large vehicle (7’-8”)

Perfectly spacious and appointed home for family and friends to enjoy Vail year round. Adult children spent day on skis while others shopped and explored. Home had everything we needed: fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bathroom space, and games to play. Overall can't say enough great things about this place.

Great experience

All great marks for this stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a question for our host and the response was immediate and helpful. Our location was steps from the Gondola with a spacious ski locker that held all of our skis and boards. The assigned parking apart is extra wide and deep enough for any vehicle. Checkout was seamless with very little expected other than remembering to take your belongings. Would absolutely recommend this property if your looking for a very convenient location and comfortable experience.

Fantastic spot!

We had a great time in Vail due in large part to the fantastic layout and amenities of this property. Our kids had a great time in the gigantic bathtub and on the enormous, cushy couch and enjoyed seeing their favorite TV shows on what might be the biggest TV in the world. The kitchen is adequately equipped and everything was super clean upon arrival. We had an issue with the heating on the middle floor where our two kids were sleeping, but the super nice property manager, Pablo, came out within a few hours to fix everything. He is as nice as all of the other reviews claim - seriously kind and even talked to my super social four year old while she peppered him with questions about thermostats! We're familiar with Vail and recommend this location HIGHLY for families - you can walk easily to Lionshead Village kids ski school, the library and Imagination Station. It was also a perk to have the car right next to the door for loading and unloading.

Great location! Very convenient parking spot right in front of the condo. Nice condo. The only downside was the microwave wasn’t working and the sliding glass door upstairs wouldn’t lock.

Perfect Location, Great Floorplan for Families or Groups of Couples

We stayed here for three nights over Labor Day weekend & enjoyed the property. Parking is right in front of the entrance, Vail Village is only a five minute walk, and the layout of the house is highly conducive towards groups. There were several minor inconveniences with the property (most notably that the dishwasher didn't work) but the property manager responded promptly and attempted to address our concerns, even hand washing our dishes for us. Overall, I would recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Beautiful condo with tons of room. The only drawback was that the heating system (I believe it is a water based system) was a bit loud in the master bedroom (the living/family room is above the master, and when the heat kicks on, it is a bit loud in the master bedroom). Oh, and finally, the manager, Pablo was extremely responsive to inquiries. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Perfect stay for a few friends or a couple of young families

Amazing location - right next door to the hospital, across the street from the free bus shuttle. The apartment is absolutely perfect: clean, well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. Out group had an amazing weekend and will definitely stay here again next time we are in town. Thank you!!

Great condo in Vail

This was a great condo. We were in Vail for a conference and this unit was the perfect unit for us. Easy access to the resort, right on the bus route and the was fully furnished with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to any questions/concerns and super easy to communicate with. Vail Get Away

Skaal Haus was a great property with close proximity to both the Vail and Lionshead Villages in Vail. Nicely remodeled unit with very modern designs, amenities and plenty of rooms for a family with guests. Located directly on the bus route was a nice option as well, once you arrive you can either walk or ride the free town bus anywhere in town. Looking forward to our next visit to Vail!
