Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. • Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am • Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Away from the NOLA wildness but close enough to get there easily
Ours was a week long family gathering of 7 and this spacious, well-equipped, rental was great. It was quiet, safe and comfortable. We were in and out of the central part of town, found great restaurants nearby, an incredible sculpture garden, and took a fascinating tour of local street art.

Liked the space, location and the overall cleanliness. The only complaint was that the TV was not normal cable and required logins to use different channels (and some TVs did not have remotes). It rained 14 hours straight and not having access to Tv for kids was a challenge.
But overall - everything else we needed was good and I would still recommend this place.

Good Mid City location, but unit not well maintained
Clean, modern unit, clean linens/towels. Good central Mid City location. An accessible/usable/secure garage was a huge plus. However, the furnishings have not been maintained well: several of the dining room chairs had torn cushions and were not usable; the kitchen garbage container was non-functional; some of the kitchen utensils were broken (scissors); the dining table light fixture clearly had been broken, with only a bare bulb hanging by it's cord; the area rug in the living area was also in poor shape and was dirty. These are all simple fixes and a better maintenance program/standard would make this a first rate accomodation.

NO AC or enough HOT WATER
I need to get reimbursed for my trip. This property is 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, however we had to all stay in only 1 bedroom due to the AC not working on the top floor. All bathrooms/showers were on top floor - too humid/hot to bathe appropriately. And also not enough hot water, which only ran for about a minute hot. No worries, we all had to take cold showers anyway because it was TOO HOT!

We expected a clean, modern property due to the pictures. We were surprised by the comfortability of everything. The beds were very comfortable, the couch and chairs also. Plenty of towels were provided. This location was close to city park and other outings. Grocery store was nearby which is a help when you are travelling with a family. I would stay here again.

The property was overall a very nice place. The convenience of the location made getting to our events and other destinations very easy. While the place was clean, there were some things you may want to fix before you rent to another party... and some of this is minor and can be done relatively easy. First, there were NO lights in one of the bedrooms. Its kind of difficult to enjoy your stay when the room is always dark. Second, there was no decent cookware in the kitchen or barely any utensils. So when you offer that the kitchen is fully stocked, that is hardly accurate. Third, the curtains/blinds in the bathrooms are SEE THROUGH. This presents an obvious problem when my wife, daughter, son or I had to use any of the facilities in the bathrooms. I had to purchase a Temporary blind for the shower area. Fourth, there are (4) Bedrooms with only (2) TV's and there was only (1) Remote between the three televisions in the whole place. We liked the place overall but for any amount of money, having the small details covered makes a 5 day stay a bit more pleasurable and saves people time/money going to purchase things that should already be in a location.

It was great but...
It was a great place to stay the kids loved it. The chess was a big hit with the whole family. The thing was the upstairs AC didn’t work, we called them and they gave us the property managers number, which they never answered or called back. A minor thing was they didn’t have enough remote controls for all TVs.
