Villa Les Colles, magnificent NEW NEW property.

NEW architect designed villa of 200m2, 5 minutes from the village of Valbonne, the golf courses of Opio and Club Med. The villa Les Colles was created with attention to detail and with all the equipment necessary for a good stay on the Riviera: air conditioning, underfloor heating, home automation, WIFI, equipped kitchen, 1 large swimming pool over 12 meters long with garden barbecue. In the lower restaurant in the shade of the holm oaks there is a large trampoline for children.
