Tired of the same old beach boxes w/ wood paneling walls an outdated finishings? Come stay at our updated sound side cottage great for families, couples, and seniors. No stairs to climb here! Inside features modern, open floor plan w/ vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen w/ Island and brand new appliances, large bedrooms, superfast Wi-Fi, flatscreen TVs in all rooms and everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Only 3 blocks to the beach and the sound is down the street!

We are residents of Northern VA and try to spend as much time at our house in OBX as much as possible. We rent for only 4-6 week a year so the home very well kept.

Why they chose this property

We love the fact that there are no stairs in the house and it's all one level living. Front porch cafe is a 1 minute walk away and beautiful sunsets on the sound are a short walk down the street.

What makes this property unique

Smart TV's, High speed internet, super soft beds and master bedroom with king sized bed and huge Tv.
