The house is very centrally located in a pedestrian area of ​​the town. On the sofa can sleep two people. Bathroom equipped with a shower. Fabulous location in Estepona!

Wonderful small one bedroom in the heart of Estepona. David is great at communicating with you prior to arrival. Only feedback is be prepared for not having any counter space in bathroom but we managed. Overall, highly recommend.

Lovely, enchanting property

My husband and I loved our stay at David's home (he is an excellent host). The property was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully situated on a charming and quiet street. It had everything we needed or could have asked for (including a pretty firm mattress!). It is easily walkable to restaurants, shops, and the beach. This will be the first place we look to stay on future trips to Estepona.

Fantastic little house on a quiet, pretty street, in a great location. All bars, restaurants, car parking, and the beach, are all within a few minutes walk. The host was extremely helpful. Highly recommended, you won't find better. Mejor es impossible!

Cozy/charming/location

Perfect for a solo or couple. In the heart of old town Estepona. The place was impeccable and styled so well. I’m just jealous as I wish I had a little place like this. You’ll love it here. Only odd thing for me was the one long 4 feet/3.5 meter pillow. You have to bend it around like a snake. What if you’re a couple?

Beautiful renovation in Old Town

This was our third rental in Old Town, and the nicest. Very comfortable furniture and bed. Large space, clean, high end kitchen appliances. Like new although David completed the renovation 9 years ago. To note, there is a mini split in the upstairs bedroom which kept it very comfortable; the downstairs has an oil filled radiator that for us wasn’t enough during chilly, cloudy winter days. Also, since we were there the city has blocked vehicle access to the Old Town so to get a taxi is a 3 block walk.

Lovely Home!!

This is a lovely, modern apartment within walking distance to everything. I would highly suggest staying here. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and helpful. We couldn't get over how unique the space was. Hope to some day return.

Superbe petite maison très originale

Superbe petite maison avec une décoration originale et très sympa dans un quartier où toutes les ruelles sont fleuries. Maison très propre et très bien équipée à 5 mn à pied de la plage, du centre, et des restaurants (pour tous les goûts et tous les budgets). Une ballade de 15 mn à pied sur la promenade le long de la plage vous conduira au port de plaisance très animé le soir (un marché y a lieu le dimanche matin ). En août il est difficile de se garer nous avons loué une place en parking souterrain avec un abonnement (6 euro / jour pour un abonnement de 15 jours). Accueil très sympa de David qui avait déjà répondu très gentiment à mes demandes par téléphone. Ce qui m'a manqué lors de ce séjour de 3 semaines c'est un balcon ou petite terrasse notamment pour faire sécher le linge, mais je retournerai avec plaisir chez David.

La casa es ESPECTACULAR

La casa es muy bonita (la decoración es impresionante) y limpia, situada bastante cerca de la playa, a pocos minutos andando. Se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila, típica calle del centro de Estepona. Eso sí, la zona de marcha nocturna (en el puerto) está alejada, aunque es verdad que se puede ir andando. Totalmente recomendable

Wunderschönes Haus im Zentrum von Estepona

Wir haben tolle Tage in Estepona verbracht. Das sehr gepflegte und wunderschön eingerichtete Haus lies keine Wünsche offen. Herr Radon war sehr freundlich und email Kontakt hat dank Übersetzungsprogramm bestens funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, Restaurants, Geschäfte und Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.
