Excellent Stay – Highly RecommendedI had a fantastic stay at this holiday apartment in Estepona. The moment I arrived, it felt like a true home‑from‑home — spotless, beautifully maintained, and fitted with modern appliances and lovely, comfortable furniture. The balcony was a perfect place to unwind, offering stunning views of the beach, sunrise, sunset, and even Gibraltar on clear days.The location couldn’t have been better. It’s an easy walk to both the marina and the old town, making it ideal for exploring, dining, and enjoying the best of Estepona. Lovely apartment with great views

We had a great week at the apartment. It is perfectly situated for a stay by the sea. The views are beautiful and the pool and surrounding area was great with children. Easy reach to Estepona old town. Excellent communication from the owner.

Incredible & Perfect

This place is amazing. Right on the water, set in a beautifully landscaped development, with a swimming beach just a short walk away. While central Estepona is nice, this area outside of the main center is much lovelier. Will definitely be back!

Another Great Stay

This is our second time renting this wonderful penthouse condo. We will be booking again the next time we are in Spain. Suppose that tells you all you need to know...lol In summary - well equipped...great view....quiet....easy walk to restaurants and to the town itself and great seaside walking path right at your doorstep

Due to late arrival we had arranged to let ourselves in and to meet delightful Aga the next day. Comprehensive guidance from Per Kristian made this all very smooth. This was by some measure the best apartment we, now in our mid-70s,have stayed in. A stone's throw from the beach and with an idyllic pool and gardens alongside. From our vantage point on the 3rd floor the manicured grass looked like astroturf but was in fact the real thing with gardeners in daily attendance. The flat itself is more spacious than we had expected and has everything one could need including a large TV with in our case every UK channel we might want, and seemingly from every other European country too.  Huge number if books, games and guides to the area. The large balcony has an electric awning although because it was a windy week we occasionally ate indoors on the good-sized dining table when it couldn't be used. The beach to the front was cleaned and raked daily and we had a couple of days snorkeling around the small rocky area 50m away with plenty of fish. We ate out most evenings. Plenty of good restaurants in the harbour area. We parked by the Plaza de Toros. During the day visiting the old town try Parking Ajedrez. 1 per day. Otherwise parking is a bit of a nightmare finding a space. And do visit Mercadona in Calle Italia. Have already told Per Kristian that we will return and are already counting the days...

Relaxing Home Away from Home

A well-appointed and spacious condo with all the amenities needed for a relaxing extended stay. My father and I loved the view from the spacious terrace, drinking coffees in the morning, wine spritzers in the sun in the afternoon, and firing up the BBQ for dinner. Great location close to the beach and easy access to the grocery store and to town. We walked eveywhere. Aga was so kind and helpful getting us settled when we arrved.

Great location

The location is perfect, walking distance from some excellent bars and restaurants. There’s a Lidl just a five minute drive away and the sea view is what makes this property. The property itself was clean, very well equipped and quite spacious. Sadly we couldn’t use the pool because of the severe drought when we went but that was out of the owners control. Overall, yes I would recommend this property.

A beautiful place to stay!!

We were here for 11 days and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, very nicely decorated and very clean. Everything you could possibly need is there! All rooms and the 3 balconies are beautiful and have an unobstructed view of the sea. Awesome! Estepona is a great base from which to see the sights of Andalusia, but the city itself and the port are also worth a visit. All in all, highly recommended.

On arrival the lovely Aga was there to welcome my friend and I to the apartment. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The first thing that you see on entry is the wonderful view. The apartment was spotless and very welcoming. We spent most of our time outside, all the areas have separate seating and we could follow the sun all day the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We had a wonderful week and can't wait to return.

Fabulous apartment in Estepona

This is a fabulous apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Well equipped, the location is amazing directly on to the beach plus the swimming pool too. Estepona marina is about a 15 mins walk and has many restaurants to choose from, and the Old Town of Estepona is walkable at around 30 mins but is worth the walk to explore the tapas bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment and the communication with the owner and the check in meeting when we arrived with his representative made for a smooth, uncomplicated and relaxing holiday.

Wonderful view

The pictures dont do this lovely property justice; the view is stunning. The weather wasnt great for us unfortunately but we still loved watching the sea and boats. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable and in a great location. Per Kristian provided excellent instructions and his property manager Aga was there to greet us and provided lots of useful information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Beautiful stunning apartment

We adored this place. It has everything you need and more. Stunning views in a lovely area of Estepona. The balcony is to die for. There’s a great bbq with all the tools and gas supplied. It has been the best week for us. Weather has been glorious. Already checking out dates for 2025!!! Thank you Per and Aga. Aha is lovely and wonderfully helpful. Absolutely delighted with our stay.

Wow,!! What can I say. Arrived on the Sunday and greeted by Aga, who looks after the property. Friendly, and gave us a guided tour of the home, which was a nice touch. The property itself was alot better in real life. Spacious inside and out, and amazing views from the 3 outside areas. Everything you needed for a self catering holiday. A short walk to the marina which hosted a variety of restaurants and Bars. If you want to stay in Estapona then this property is a must see!! Thankyou Per and Aga for a great holiday!!!

Lovely

Great in all respects. Well appointed with good quality furniture inside and outside. Star of the show undoubtedly the three terraced areas all looking out to sea and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is a delight. Excellent communication throughout. There are about 30 steps up to the appartment and no lift which was no problem for us 56 year olds but worth being aware of. Nice walk to port with loads of choices of bars and restaurants. Pool area and gardens are immaculately maintained. We stayed a week and really didnt want to leave. Hope to return soon and could well imagine an annual visit.
