The garden is not closed and the owner is allergic to dog and cat hair. Pets are not accepted.

Our tenants are required to respect the rules of good neighborliness.

The villa must be returned in an acceptable cleanliness at the end of the stay despite the compulsory cleaning fee (empty bins, cleared breakfast, empty fireplace ...)

Cleaning fee of 110 euros compulsory per stay.
Linen rental optional 15 euros per bed.

Security deposit of 600 euros refundable no later than 15 days after.

The owners are not on site.
