Beautiful, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath condo unit on the first floor. Comfortable sofas, large bathtub, full kitchen. Sleeps 6.
Large outside porch overlooking two fairways (10th and 11th) of Crow Creek golf course. Access to two outdoor pools and hot tubs. Tennis/Pickle Ball courts are available at the end of Woodland Ways. Access to the gym at the amenity center near the golf clubhouse.
Perfect location, close to Sunset Beach and other beach destinations. Short trip to Myrtle Beach and shopping/ amusement areas. Many golf courses to choose from.
The kitchen is adequately stocked with the appropriate cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Bedroom and bathroom linen are included. Full-size washer and dryer,
Air conditioning, WIFI, and Televisions with YouTube.

On stays that are a month or longer the cleaning fee will be $150.00

Included with your booking is an "Essential Package" which includes the following (only a limited amount).

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used linen and towels by the washing machine.
Empty the dishwasher.
Clean out the refrigerator and bring trash to the dumpster.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The cost of replacing lost pass cards and keys will be passed on to you if they are lost.
Rentals over 20 days will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $65 making the total cleaning fee $150.00

The property was excellent. Extremely clean. In great location close to several golf courses in the area. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable, Kitchen was modern and had a dishwasher. Washer and drier was on premises and we liked the screened in porch facing the golf course. Owners communicated excellently and we appreciate being able to rent this property. We are hoping to return again next year if allowed by the owners.

This is a great condo that is quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive to the beach and restaurants. It is very roomy and walking distance to the pool. This is the 2nd time renting this condo and it never disappoints. Great price as well.

We love the Calabash area. Beautiful Sunset beach and other local beaches near by. A mere 20 minutes to Myrtle Beach area. Barefoot Landing, shopping areas, theaters and music venues. Its all right here !!
Crow Creek has always been one of the favorite destinations for golfers and one of our favorite courses as well. Porch overlooks two fairways, access to two outdoor pools and two hot tubs as well as tennis and boccie courts rounds off the perfect location. Why stay anywhere else?

What makes this property unique

This property is close to Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach and Myrtle Beach as well as Barefoot Landing, and many other shopping , Ripley's Aquarium and amusement areas.
