Nestled alongside the 11th hole, this three-bedroom, ground-floor condo provides beautiful views, a three-season screened porch, and access to wonderful amenities. This condo is near several Brunswick County beaches and hospitals and is perfect for snowbirds, traveling nurses, or golfing trips! Need a place to stay while your own dream home is being built? We have you covered with a minimum 30-day rental required and discounts granted for longer reservations.

This highly desirable quiet community is built around an 18-hole golf course and this condo overlooks a beautiful pond. The amenities are fantastic, including two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a clubhouse, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, two fitness centers, and an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. Here, in the quaint fishing village of Calabash, you'll be an easy drive to Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, and other world-class Myrtle Beach golf courses and restaurants. Just down the coast is Wilmington and Carolina Beach to the north and Surf City and Murrell's Inlet to the south.

One of the special features of this condo is its whimsical style, evident in its three-themed bedrooms. Each room has its own direct patio access, allowing all guests to take in gorgeous nightly sunsets of Calabash over the pond.

The large living spaces are open and inviting. The kitchen offers everything you need for your stay, including a slow cooker, an air fryer, a griddle, and even an Instapot. Winter Visit

Overall we had a good stay and got to do some golfing and had some great meals. Had a few glitches but the owners were great to see eveerything was taken care of while we were there.

Perfect Calabash Property

We had a fantastic stay at this 3-bedroom condo in Calabash! The unit was spotless upon arrival and exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals when we didn’t feel like dining out. Each bedroom had plenty of space, and the beds were very comfortable.The location was perfect—close to golf courses, beaches, and great restaurants, yet tucked away in a peaceful community. We loved relaxing on the balcony with our morning coffee and enjoying the quiet surroundings. The amenities, including the pool, were clean and well-kept, and parking was easy.Our host was friendly, responsive, and made the booking process seamless. This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very, very good. Wonderful decorating in all the rooms. Well stocked with any thing needed. Located by a great town and unique shopping. The door locking concerned us a bit, never sure if locked when inside. Would suggest a deadbolt. Also never figured out how to work the thermostat. We would set it to what we wanted and it would change to another temperature. Perhaps some instructions would help. Still a wonderful stay.

Calabash Getaway

Great spacious condo. Very clean and well appointed. Went for a month of golfing and it was perfect for me and my 2 golfing buddies. Each of the 3 bedrooms were comfortable and roomy with each room having direct access to one of the patios. Master bedroom was huge with large ensuite and walk-in closet. Ample-sized kitchen had all needed appliances and utensils. Laundry and pantry were stocked better than expected. Condo is easily accessible (ground floor) and central to the golf courses we like to play (The Pearl, Crow Creek, Sandpiper Bay, Brunswick, Meadowlands). We will definitely be back.
