Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in bathroom
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no parties, no bachelor or prom groups. No underage groups. Guests will be evicted and forfeit money! There are exterior cameras in use.
Only registered guests up to the maximum rental number are allowed. Outside guests visiting must be approved and limited in numbers.
If there are multiple noise complaints or police activity guests will be asked to leave without refund and Will forfeit security deposit.

We are a group of 3 couples who purchased this property as a get away to enjoy with our families. We wanted to share our love of the property when we are not able to use with others. We treat this as a second home with all the comforts and luxuries we enjoy. It is our hope that others treat this as they would their own homes and feel like we do when visiting.

Why they chose this property

We take pride in owning and renting this big and comfortable home. We make sure the home is clean and ready for guests all year. There is so much room, even with bad weather you will find plenty to keep everyone busy. The area is also very lively with a drive in movie theater, Volo Auto Museum, shops and many restaurants and bars. A great vacation spot for the whole family.
