The estate's private 9 hole pitch/putt course is a favorite of guests who also access a large swimming pool, lake access, tennis court, basketball court, lawn bowling, and croquet. Other activities include small weight room, billiards, darts. For those seeking a less active pace, guests may lounge on the sundeck, hike in the nearby woods or stroll along the water's edge of beautiful Deep Lake. Why they chose this property

It was bought as a family retreat back in 1970. It is a very special place hard to believe it is only an hour drive from Chicago.

What makes this property unique

Tennis, private 9 hole pitch/putt course, fishing, relaxing in the many great rooms and reading in the sun on the deck over looking the lake. The pool and fire pit are where families gather and enjoy - the pool is large and there are many areas to sit both in the sun and the shade
