Large and bright two-room apartment for two people recently renovated, finely furnished and equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Living room with well-equipped modern kitchen area complete with accessories. Bedroom with large wardrobe, bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom and living room have access to a balcony overlooking the city center and the path of the parade of the famous "Lemon Festival". Located 20 m from the sea and the casino, 200 meters from the pedestrian area. Very convenient to reach all the services of the city (supermarket, laundry, bus stops).
Paid covered private parking is available on request. Public covered parking at 40 meters.
Possibility of access by car in the basement for loading / unloading of luggage.
