This property is incredible. Right on the water and located on the promenade. Beautiful apartment, light and modern. Listening to the waves and sitting on the balcony in the sun, so relaxing after long journey. Jennifer is great - greeting us, showing us the features and making recommendations that turned out to be the best.

Very nice small flat in a prime location!

Very nice little flat in a prime location on the Menton promenade. The cleanliness of the flat was perfect. Jennifer, the owner, is very obliging and nice. We had a very good rest and would love to come back. Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

What a view!

My husband and 1.5yo daughter stayed in this great little apartment for three nights in April; the view from the apartment was spectacular, it was a relatively short scenic stroll along the seafront to Menton’s old town, and we received really good timely communications from Jennifer both in advance and during our stay. A great find, we recommend!

Lovely modern apartment overlooking sea

This apartment is in an upscale building, with panoramic views of the sea and distant mountains from the balcony. Several restaurants affording outdoor dining line the promenade. Menton’s old city and a harbor are a short walk away. Jennifer was very helpful, and arranged our transport to the Nice airport.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful place.

The apartment was perfect with an incredible balcony looking over the beach. We did not have a chance to take the bus to other shore areas because there was so much to see and do in Menton. Everything was just a short walk away. Jennifer, who is very personable and enthusiastic was the perfect host with lots of suggestions. If we return to the area we would definitely stay at the apartment again.

Incredible Experience! Jennifer was amazing. First class check in, and she really cared about us having an amazing stay. So attentive! The apartment was stunning, right on the Med just a block away from the Casino, and beautiful beach just 20 meters away. Restaurants and cafes all around, walk to old town is just 10 minutes and killer sunrises !I intend to return. PS 5th floor and elevator as well

Perfect!

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment in Menton. It was an ideal base for visiting Nice, Eze, Antibes, Monaco, Menton's old town, etc. The train station and shopping are an short walk away, and, of course, if you decide to stay in, you can enjoy the gorgeous views. Jennifer was so kind and helpful too! We arrived after a very long flight from the US (before the official check-in time), and Jennifer accommodated us, which we really appreciated! The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, and we felt very at home. Don't miss the wonderful Marche des Halles de Menton, which is just up the street. We bought some delicious cheeses, ham, fruit, etc. and ate several meals in. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the area!

Es war alles bestens. Wir haben zu dritt (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind) ein verlängertes Wochenende in der wundervollen Wohnung von Jennifer und Laurent verbracht. Direkt am Strand gelegen, mit einer bezaubernden Aussicht aufs Meer, die wir den ganzen Tag genießen konnten. In der Umgebung findet man alles, Bars Restaurants, Supermarkt. Die Altstadt von Menton erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben auch den Parkplatz in Anspruch genommen, was sehr praktisch war. Wir haben das Wochenende einfach nur genossen. Jennifer und Laurent sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Vraiment très bien

Un petit appartement très bien rénové juste en face de la plage et proche de tout. Avec une très jolie vue depuis le 5ème étage. Parfait pour des vacances en couple. Mention spéciale pour notre hôtesse : on a rarement eu des explications aussi complètes et détaillées et une aussi bonne prise en compte de nos demandes. Merci Jennifer ! Seul bémol : on entend beaucoup la circulation dans la rue en dessous

Magnifique appartement dans un superbe endroit,face à la mer. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec le lever du soleil...ah un bonheur. Situé sur la digue, restaurant,bar,navette gratuite. Belle découverte !

Que c’est rare à Menton l’appartement est nouveau, tout est neuf et d’une propreté irréprochable, ça c’est très agréable. Suffisamment spacieux il est beau et la vue est assez incroyable j’avoue😍 Pour avoir essayé plusieurs hôtels et résidences de vacances, je peux vous dire qu’on est bien mieux installés dans cet appartement! On prends plaisir à y rester,on est contents de rentrer le soir,le lit est de bonne qualité ce qui est important. Le quartier est très agréable,bonne atmosphère,on fait tout à pied,la voiture est restée au garage.Menton est une superbe ville et en novembre on se promène,on mange dehors,on va à la plage,on s’est même baignés!! D’habitude assez critiques nous validons et sommes vraiment enchantés!On se reverra Jennifer, merci pour tout!

La vue est juste magnifique, elle me manque déjà…l’emplacement est vraiment top. L’appartement est neuf,moderne et très confortable,ensoleillé et très agréable nous y sommes sentis super bien et avons eu du mal à le quitter! La propriétaire est très serviable,elle nous a réservé une place de parking très appréciée,elle est flexible au niveau des horaires et des options et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations. Nous avons adoré et on reviendra c’est certain!
