Modern 4 bedroom/3 bath Santa Fe pool home near Old Town La Quinta (Shops, Restaurants). Large private front yard pool area in a quiet neighborhood. Tons of walking, biking, & hiking trails less than a block away. Palm Oasis & picnic area nearby. Close to world class golf courses, the Indian Wells tennis tournament, and polo fields music festivals of Coachella and Stagecoach. In close proximity to El Paseo, Palm Springs, Local Casinos, and Joshua Tree National Park.
Entire home including two car garage is available for your next desert vacation! There are four bedrooms all with Smart TVs and the following bed setup: Master has a king mattress with walk-in closet/private bathroom/work desk, 2nd bedroom features a California king mattress with closet and a futon couch that folds into full bed, 2nd & 3rd bedroom connected by jack & jill bathroom with double vanity, shower, separate toilet space with door. 3rd Bedroom has California King with walk-in closet and 4th Bedroom has a Queen mattress. The living room also contains a large couch. There is a work desk in the master bedroom.
There are three bathrooms...the Master bath features a double vanity, separate toilet space with door, shower, soaking tub, and fireplace. The Jack & Jill bathroom #2 has a double vanity, separate toilet space with door, and shower. Also a convenient pool bathroom #3 with both outdoor and hallway entrances and it has a pedestal sink & toilet.
There are five large LCD Smart TV's in the bedrooms and living rooms. There are three fireplaces (linear one in living room, master bedroom, and master bathroom). Private 18ft long salt water pool with heating available for an additional fee of $80 per day which offsets the propane heat bill. Home features a Pebble Tec pool surface, private courtyard, single level home-no stairs, 3 fruit trees in backyard (grapefruit, lime, and orange).
Kitchen is modern and well stocked with drip coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, pots, pans, glasses (wine, mugs, cups), plates, bowls, oven, stove, utensils, silverware, fridge with ice in door with water dispenser, extra fridge in garage, cooking basics: oil, salt & pepper. Many more kitchen items provided not listed. Guest starter kit includes coffee, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner.
Additional amenities include pool floats, pool noodles, some toys available for children to play with, a pack & play, beach towels, hangers, linens, extra pillows, blankets, propane tank BBQ grill, umbrella, shaded area with 2 hanging sky chairs, patio set, chairs, 2 lounge chairs, pool toys, baby fold-up playpen, child's wagon, and board games.

Other Rules to Note: -Pool heat is $80 per day and we request it be paid in advance for scheduling.
- Per new city rules, there is only low decimal noise and music allowed at this Vacation Rental property while being rented. If music is played it must be at a low decimal level outdoors at all times. Only the guests on the vacation rental agreement are allowed to stay in the property with limited amount of visitors during the day. If police or code enforcement officers are called to the property and they find outside noise or excess guests the primary guest is responsible for the fine in excess of $1,000.Primary guest must provide a photo copy of their drivers license before check-in.
- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival
- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 3.5hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr.
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services.

We have stayed at the top of the cove many times. It is a lovely location close to wonderful hiking trails. This home is clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and unobtrusive.
What a great home. The property manager met us on site walked us through and able to accomodate an early check-in. The house is updated and beautiful with comfy bed/pillows. We were all really pleased with the property and look forward to renting again next year. Definetly recommend, and I'm not one to write reviews.
The house was as advertised. A perfect location near hiking but also very close drive to Old Town La Quinta and the greater Palm Springs area. Very comfortable bedding
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property! The check in process was very easy and we were shown around the house to ensure we had everything we needed. The area is great, quiet and the location is only 15 mins or less to get to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The house itself is updated, very clean and had plenty of space for us. We would love to stay here again next time!

This property is conveniently located at the top of the Cove. A great launching area for all the activities we enjoy. The home was very clean and comfortable with a nice open concept including the use of the garage. The patio area was nice and spacious with great lounging amenities including the pool. Overall a great place to stay!
My family & I spent the week of Thanksgiving at the property. It was perfect for us, each bedroom is very roomy as well as the bathrooms. The house is very well appointed & the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the pool as well as the hiking/walking trails (which are located down the street).We would definitely stay here again next time we come to La Quinta.
Very friendly host and the perfect space! I wanted to have a relaxing weekend with my family and friends for my 30th birthday and this home was perfect. While we weren’t expecting to not really be able to listen to music outside, we understand that that was beyond the hosts control, we adjusted and still had a great time! Would highly recommend
The house was in a great neighborhood and right up next to the surrounding mountains that are popular to hike around. It had everything we needed and the pool came in real handy to relax in.
The inside of the home is well furnished and decorated. They make you feel special staying there with how its furnished and with the good communication.

In celebration with Sistahs, to celebrate our life long friendship + 62 birthday & retirement. This fantastic Santa Fe styled home was beautiful on the inside and out. All amenities were top notch, the residence was clean and comfy! The house is roomy and bright yet cozy for entertainment. Our stay was perfect and our property manager was there to greet us and guide us through a walk through tour. Will definitely recommend to others! Thank you!
The property is very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. The only issue was they had a maintenance repair man show up without notifying us prior. He was there in an afternoon and the following morning fixing the ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer. I called the property manager to make sure it was legit, and they confirmed. A little notice would have been nice. Other than that…great stay.
We loved the home, clean, easy check in and very roomy! The location in La Quinta is amazing and close to the Tennis Garden, about a ten minute drive. We are outdoors people and we were steps to the trailhead to numerous hikes. We also took advantage of the trail path that ran parallel to the wash for our evening walks. The path is very user friendly, but would recommend you bring a flashlight or download a flashlight app on your phone. It is a paved path and you can ride bikes on it during the day. We were about 5 minutes to Fritz Burns Park that had a wonderful pickle ball / tennis courts and swimming pool for lap swimming! Close to many stores, so if you forgot to bring something from home, the grocery store was 5 minutes away. The home was very roomy and comfy for the eight of us. If there was one challenge, that was the kitchen…our group loves to cook and are all foodies…we stay at VRBO’s because we like to stay home and cook our breakfast and definitely our dinners. The kitchen definitely needs to be updated. They have an electric stove and the pots and pans are not very good to good with. We made it work and we always bring some pots/pans just in case. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and the location. I have been coming to this tennis tourney for the last 18 years and staying in Old Town La Quinta is always amazing!
We are already looking forward to coming to La Quinta next year!

Beautiful, clean home. VERY small pool in front yard.
My family and I booked the property to host a reunion with my sister and her family whom we haven't seen in two years. Sadly, my sister got sick and their family had to cancel. We tried to cancel our reservation but were informed that we were outside the cancellation window so we decided for just our family to go. We arrived as scheduled and we were greeted by a property manager who showed us the home. The home was lovely, but we were so disappointed with the pool and yard (or lack thereof). We live in San Diego and have rented homes in the Desert several times over the last two years. We go mainly to swim and hike. The pool is located in the front yard which makes it less than ideal for privacy. It is also very small so if you like to swim laps like we do, this pool is not for you. We paid for pool heat and when the heater would cycle on the water temp was fine, but as soon as it turned off the water would quickly get too cold. Our seven year old is usually a little fish and ordinarily spends 8+ hours in the pool when we are on vacation. This time he went in just once and said it was too cold and too small. On the plus side, the home is very close to great hiking trails. So, since we couldn't swim, we spent a lot of time hiking instead.
The home is probably totally fine for many families, I think it's just important for people to be aware of the pool/yard size prior to booking.
It was one of our first family trips in such a long time and we had a blast. The property was so nice and spacious. Loved that we were able to create memories here.
Incredibly impressed with this property. Home was super clean and modern with pretty much everything you could need from shampoo to a blender for margaritas! :) Pool area was comfortable and sunny. I do suggest paying to get it heated before you get there. Even with the heat, it was cold! Great location next to everything. Make sure to go golf and hit the local farmer's market. Our whole family loved it. We would definitely stay here again!
This lovely home is in a quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks from the Cove in La Quinta. This well appointed home has been beautifully decorated. The pool is small but refreshing in a hot day. This home is perfect for families with small children or two couples. The owners were very prompt with their communication and accommodating. We had a wonderful relaxing stay.
This was by far the perfect home for two families to get together for the holidays. Enclosed, private pool with its of gathering space. He home was also just a great open floor plan for gathering and eating together. The bathrooms and kitchens were all updated and made for just a great place. The location is a block to the walking paths and hiking and you couldn’t ask for a better view and setting. Would do this trip all over again.
The location is wonderful right next to the walking trails. Beautiful views, open concept kitchen which made it nice for everyone to always be together. Kitchen was well equipped and got to use the BBQ. Looks exactly like it does on line. Great getaway.
