Let yourself be tempted by this 3-bedroom apartment completely renovated and specially designed for seasonal vacation rental, in which you will be surrounded by the view of the sea from the terrace, the open-floor fully equipped kitchen, the unique bedside lamps and the cozy sofa.

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

- A beautiful living room with access to the terrace, with a sofa, an armchair and a TV set for relaxing, a coffee table, for coffee or cocktails, and a dining table for your meals with family or friends.

- A large American-style kitchen with bar counter and high stools, as well as everything you need, and especially a Nespresso coffee machine (“What else?”), and all the necessary appliances plus a kettle, a toaster and all kinds of other kitchen things and tableware items for your daily meals.

- A bedroom with queen size bed, a large closet, a flat-screen TV, and to top it off, direct access to the breathtaking terrace so you can have breakfast in the sun, right out of bed.

- A perfect terrace to fit 6 people, perfect for cocktails, perfect for breakfast, perfect for those who love the view of the sea… well, just perfect for everything!

- A first bedroom with a single bed, storage space, TV, and its own private bathroom with shower and toilets.

- A second bedroom with a queen size bed, large closet, flat-screen TV, cool unique bedside lamps and private shower room.

- A third bedroom, identical to the second one.

- Separate toilets, but they don’t mind being on their own, and you probably won’t mind either.

Some highlights:

- Secured building with cool badges.
- Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
- Double-pane windows for maximum comfort (yes, double, we checked!)
- High-speed Internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.
- Breathtaking view of the sea.

And, as a bonus:

- A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
- Sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few short steps down your street, the Boulevard de la Source, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within less than a few minutes (or way more if you walk on your hands):

- Reach the Mouré Rouge beach to do some skinny dipping or find a nice spot at an outdoor café to enjoy a drink (if it took you more than 7 minutes, you stopped to take a lot of pictures!)

- Go savor a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean’s (less than 10 minutes, unless you are still logging your full suitcase around).

- Go catch some sun on a bench in the Jardin des Hespérides (12 minutes away, if you are still taking a lot of pictures).

- Talk the family or friends into going for a pétanque game at the Place de l’Etang.

And in less than ten minutes by car:

- Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.

- Empty your bank account in the stores on Rue d’Antibes.

- Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or go work if you are here for business).

- Board a train for an unknown (or not) destination.

- Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
