THE APARTMENT
This apartment features the perfect setting for an ideal stay:
- A large living room overlooking the sea, with a lounge/TV area, a dining space for 6 people and an open-floor kitchen with a central island, induction cook top and all the necessary kitchenware.
- The seafront balcony with panoramic views of the islands and the coastline, from Cannes to Mandelieu.
- A first suite-like bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV, closet/dressing and private shower room with toilets.
- A second bedroom with two single beds, a smart TV and closet.
- A third bedroom with a sofa bed, desk and a closet/dressing.
- A bathroom shared by the last two bedrooms with a corner bathtub, ideal for a relaxing dip, and toilets.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 19 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station, 10 minutes by car or 16 by bus.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
After a few steps in your street, the Avenue Laugier, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within a few minutes on foot:
- Reach the Midi beaches within 30 seconds.
- Visit the iconic Palais des Festivals in less than 15 minutes.
- Leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront between luxury boutiques, palace hotels and fine sandy beaches, within less than 13 minutes.
- Do some shopping in the upscale boutiques along the famous Rue d’Antibes.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Metered street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, and you have a free parking lot for the residents within the property.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc...)
Daily essentials upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc...)
A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay.
Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.
Arrivals can be with one of our staff until 10 pm in winter, and 11 pm in summer.
After-hour arrivals are only self-service via key lockboxes.
All the key lockboxes are located in front of our office at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, in Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be retrieved from this location.
