BOOK IT !!! This house was immaculately clean, all beds were super comfortable, garage and driveway for parking, location very accessible to Denver,Boulder, Idaho Springs, Garden of the Gods! Stayed here for 4 nights, very safe neighborhood. Pam, is an excellent host. Really appreciated the cold water, treats, and coffee pods!! Our family will be back!!!

Pam was an excellent hostess, going beyond what was expected to accommodate our needs. This family friendly house was perfect for a three year old and an 18 month old. The amenities, beds and linens were all top notch. The kitchen was generously equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I highly recommend this rental.

Great stay! The property worked well for two groups as each family had their own floor. Had everything we needed for our stay and then some. It was very hot in the Denver area during our visit so we especially appreciated the fans for each room on the upper level.

We had a great time with a family reunion included while having a memorial service for our Dad at Ft Logan. The back patio was an absolute hit.The bedroom configuration was great for our family. The property was exactly as advertised and more. Pam was a great host and stayed in contact to make sure we had what we needed. We flew in, dropped our stuff and immediately had a show to get to in red rocks. No worries because the fridge was stocked with water and ice and the Keurig was ready to go in the morning with K cups, sugar and creamers. All of the beds were memory foam and comfy and the bathrooms have both been updated very nicely. Great appliances, great outdoor space and within a reasonable distance to tons of things to do.
