This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is perfect for a relaxing couples getaway! The bedroom has a king size bed with a plush memory foam topper. A full bathroom with tub and shower is located right outside the bedroom.

Enjoy the open concept living area with beautiful views of the ocean through the large picture windows. Internet and cable are included with your stay. The fully stocked kitchen has been updated with adorable painted cabinets and granite counter tops, but still maintains the "Old Florida" charm. *Please note, there is no dishwasher.* This home also comes with a full size washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath linens, and beach towels provided. Starter supply of paper products also provided.

Watch the sunrise on your ocean front deck with a private boardwalk to the beach. There's plenty of seating on the deck and a tabletop Chargril grill to cook up your fresh catch.

This home offers easy accessibility - there are no stairs to climb!

This home is pet friendly and allows (1) dog for a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. If you have any additional pets please contact me and we can discuss.

This apartment is one of 3 units in the house. The upstairs apartment is the owner's quarters and is not available for rent. Two apartments are located at ground level and both are rented throughout the year. The adjoining property VRBO number is 1749800.

Great getaway place

Wonderful Stay

The property was everything promised, clean, very comfortable and steps from the beach! Best day ever - found sand dollars on the beach, rescued a starfish and watched a pod of dolphins playing. Highly recommend!

Feels like home

This was our second trip back. We felt like we were coming home. We had another very relaxing trip and thoroughly enjoyed being literally on the beach. It was wonderful to take our dogs for walks and enjoy the sunshine. Jessica and Wes are very responsive if you have a question or issue. The keurig was not working, which is fine as we also brought regular coffee with us, but when I let Jessica know, she showed up a little later with another single serve pod coffee maker. She did not need to do that but I truly appreciated it. I felt like she valued us and our stay was important. Truly a wonderful vacation spot and Jessica and Wes are very responsive. We are hoping to be able to return again.

We adore this property we've been renting it for 25 to 30 years starting with the original owners. We adore the location, the neighbors, the fishing, and the uncrowded, relaxing beach. We feel very "at home her and we LOVE it! Our children, family, and friends grew up coming to this beach house! We have many fond memories here! (We just wish they would open the other bedrooms back up so we can bring more family and friends woth us again!) There's no where else we'd rather be!

Best location with easy walk to the beach

We really enjoyed this place. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. My favorite was the big windows with a perfect view. Every morning I would get up and go out on the deck to watch the sunrise. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Location, Location, Location

If you enjoy being on the beach, this 1 bedroom unit is a great fit. Windows in the living room and kitchen look out on the water. Good view of the sunrise. St. George Island, in October, is not crowded. Only a handful of people out on the beach daily, even on Saturday. Great communication from the owners before, during and after our stay.

Oceanfront Getaway

Our experience staying at the property was as promised. Right on Ocean where Dolphins were seen almost daily. Beautiful beach steps from deck. Hosts were prompt at answering any questions we had.

lack of a dishwasher was not mentioned, same with an icemaker. Outdoor shower did not work and is cold water only anyway. At the daily rate, a hot/cold outdoor shower should be standard. Otherwise, the stay was very good.

Just being a short walk out the back door to the. Beach was so convenient and provided beautiful views. Unfortunately, the internet service was terrible and should not be listed as an amenity.

Low Density, Secluded, Quite Gulf Front

This property fit very well with what we were looking for. We are typically RV travelers but decided to book so we could enjoy the direct beach front amenity. We were impressed with the low density population of the area including the beaches. Even on the 4th of July weekend we did not see any multiple rows of beach goers and all visitors had plenty of space to enjoy their beach time.

What a darling place on the beach. Perfect for my husband, our dog, and me. Everything was clean, comfortable, and in working order. Loved the deck facing the beach, and walking out the door to the ocean. Would've loved to have a screen door or windows that opened rather than use ac, but understand that people are not always considerate about having ac running with doors and windows open. Loved the dog friendly beach and lovely area for walking. Very peaceful and relaxing.

You really can't beat walking out the back door and instantly being on the beach. The best part was being able to see the sunrise off the back porch every single morning. The bed was very comfortable and all the appliances we used were in excellent working condition. We loved we could bring our dog and meeting the host was a plus. My only suggestion is adding cushions to the back patio chairs, that way we could sit out there longer and the clothes line for hanging wet clothes was a very nice touch but needs to be replaced. We definitely stay again!
