“American Paradise” is like a five-star treehouse! Just over a year old, this tall cabin has 3000 sq ft of living space, 1500 sq ft of covered decks, and 300 sq ft of uncovered deck. With enough beds to sleep up to 22 people at American Paradise can handle your large family and closest friends and it’s perfect for a guys’ getaway or a girls’ weekend. It features 4 outdoor deck areas, 4 spacious king suite bedrooms, and a bunk room with 2 twin over queen beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and flat panel TV with DirecTV service! To top it off, there’s a hot tub on the back deck! Must have valid DL as well as send front and back can not be an identification card or passport as we do not accept those. Will also have to send a photo of the front and back of your credit or debit card showing the name on the card as well as he last 4 digits as well.

First Floor

The 1st floor wide open main living space at American Paradise is a combination living, dining, and kitchen area that features a gas fireplace, 2 comfortable leather sofas, 2 soft seating chairs, and dining for 8 plus 4 bar stools. There is a first level King Master Suite. There is an adjacent Game room with pool table, 9 foot shuffleboard table, a flat panel TV, and a retro pizzeria style video arcade featuring over 60 old school games! The game room has a door so it can be closed off to not disturb the other areas of the cabin. American Paradise is perfect for entertaining family and friends while making memories that will last!

The second floor of American Paradise features a stylish lounge area with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and a twin size futon (sleeps 1). Adjacent to the lounge is the upstairs large covered deck area that provides the perfect spot for a quiet morning cup of coffee or afternoon drinks. The 2nd floor features 3 King Suites and a bunk room with a 2 twin over queen bunks. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The cabin also contains 3 twin size fold out mattresses and a queen size fold out mattress.

Outdoors

For outdoor entertainment and fun there is a large fire-pit, a relaxing hot tub, horseshoe pit, and a play-set for the kids! Grill your favorite meal on the outdoor gas grill (propane provided), then serve and enjoy on the beautiful outdoor wood dining table. Once finished, you can kick back around the outdoor fireplace on the deck or stare at the stars on the large open sky deck. Entering the cabin from the back deck only requires 5 steps for those guests concerned with the tall front stairs.

American Paradise now features a Siemens Vericharge Level 2 240 volt 30 amp electric car charger! Universal compatibility: works with all J1772 complying cars and also Tesla vehicles using Tesla's charging adapter.

American Paradise is less than 1 mile from the center of Hochatown and its 3 wineries, 2 breweries, and a distillery. This magnificent Hochatown cabin is an easy drive to all the area attractions including Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River, and Beavers Bend State Park.
