About this property

Conveniently located on a quiet lagoon, our home is just a short(5 minute) walk to the beach. The main level bedroom is perfect for parents with young children as it has a new queen bed with an XL twin bunk bed above it. The second floor accommodations include a bedroom with a queen size bed and two bunk beds. Both recently renewed bathrooms are equipped with walk in showers. The master bedroom has its own deck overlooking the lagoon. Newly renovated kitchen with large island that fits 6 people comfortably. Off the kitchen is a spacious deck facing the lagoon with a large hot tub nestled just off the deck. There is a recently added fire pit which is perfect for an evening nitecap!

What a great location in the lagoon!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bottom floor is wide open with separate hang out spaces. Kitchen island is massive. The lagoon location can’t be beat. Nancy was a dream to work with.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

The house is very spacious! Nancy was very quick to help resolve an air conditioning issue. Very close to the beach with easy access. Thank you for letting us stay!

LBI fun

Beautiful location on the canal, lots of fun toys to use in water , hot tub was great , big kitchen for entertaining a large group, great communication with homeowners.

Great location, but not a great house for us

There were a few things not working in the house -- bedroom air conditioner; kayaks with broken paddles; gas grill that leaked propane; sliding doors that fell off track. The house was not that clean: there were a lot of flies and fly strips hanging in multiple spots; the kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty. The house was laid out well and very close to a beautiful beach, but we really didn't/didn't want to hang out in the house that much and if the weather hadn't been so nice, I don't know what we would have done without the air conditioner in the bedroom or if we had to eat indoors with all the flies (and the fly strip above the dining room table.)
