Nice, but....

.... The House is old and it was not clean.... It's smells "old" and the toilet was "stinky". The Kitchen had not much instruments. The Property Manager was really nice.

The host was supposed to return to the gite with a kettle as the one that was th ...

The host was supposed to return to the gite with a kettle as the one that was there was broken.... but he did not return so we spent three weeks with no kettle. The bbq which was stated on information was completely broken so of no use. The whole gute was plagued with cobwebs and dust everywhere. The owner made excuses saying in his very broken English that "it is the country " well we have lived in the country and didn't have dirt and cobwebs everywhere.

Gezinsvakantie, drie nachten. Dit vakantiehuis valt op door zijn uitzichten en locatie. Gemakkelijke toegang tot attracties zoals Kasteel Beynac is een pluspunt. De privé-tuin voelde uitnodigend aan, ideaal voor relaxte middagen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is dichtbij en toch voelt het afgelegen van drukke toeristische plekken aan: echt ontsnappen dat ontspanning goed balanceert met avontuur.

Une maison dans la prairie

Une jolie maison périgourdine au milieu d'une prairie qui nous a permis de nous reposer. Retour au valeur simple. Je recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent des vacances au calme sans pollution sonore ni lumineuse. Propriétaires charmants et généreux.Beaucoup de visites, de randonnées et d'activités à faire aux alentours. Très belle région.

Der perfekte Kurzurlaub! Wir haben unsere Zeit in Berbiguières sehr genossen. Die nahegelegenen Bademöglichkeiten waren ein Pluspunkt und die Wanderwege direkt am Haus einfach fantastisch. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Veritablement hors de prix pour la prestation. Sale

Point positif: situation geographique Point negatifs: annonce incomplete, equipement plus que spartiate, douche bouchee, odeur dans les toilettes horrible, maison sale ( photo a l'appui) je m'en suis ouverte a la proprietaire qui n'a rien voulu entendre et nous a demande de partir. 1ere fois que cela m'arrive, quelle deception.repondu

Fantastische Lage für einen Familienurlaub! Die Nähe zum Tal der Schlösser machte unsere Ausflüge so einfach. Das Haus selbst war geräumig und der Gartenbereich war toll für unsere Kinder zum Spielen. Wir haben sogar eines Abends gegrillt, was ein absolutes Highlight war!

Een prachtig huis met een charmante, rustieke sfeer. Het interieur was mooi ingericht en we waardeerden de doordachte details. De locatie maakte het voor ons gemakkelijk om verschillende attracties te bezoeken en we genoten van een aantal rustige wandelingen door het platteland. Een geweldige plek voor gezinnen die willen ontspannen en de schoonheid van de Dordogne willen verkennen.

Very peaceful

Very quietly located with no direct neighbours. Perfect place to unwind! It is a well located property to explore the area. Friendly hosts and completely hassle free. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had all essentials available. Would come again and recommend.

Location simple, bien située pour rayonner dans la région

Maison rustique dans un cadre champêtre très agréable (champs, moutons etc.), parfaite pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Très bien située pour rayonner dans le Périgord noir (Sarlat, nombreux "plus beaux villages de France", châteaux, jardins, port d'Envaux pour la baignade dans la Dordogne etc.). Intérieur frais pendant la canicule, pourrait être un peu plus propre, équipement de cuisine basique. Accueil minimaliste des propriétaires...

Een hele mooie zeer rustige omgeving. Maar het huisje is heel sober en erg vies. Niet geschikt voor een winterverblijf, want er is geen verwarming. Het hout voor de haard wat aanwezig zou zijn, is net genoeg voor 2 dagen, maar moet wel zelf gezaagd of gehakt worden. De eerste 2 dagen was er geen water. Dat is gelukkig opgelost. Zelf beddengoed meenemen is verstandig, dat laat te wensen over.

We brachten onze dagen door met het wandelen in de buurt en het bezoeken van lokale attracties zoals het kasteel van Castelnaud. Het huis had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf en de gastheren waren zeer gastvrij.

Un oasis de tranquillité, proche de tous les beaux sites de la Dordogne

Un gîte parfait lorsqu'on cherche la tranquillité, l'espace et la nature. A moins de 30 minutes de toutes les beautés du Périgord. L'intérieur est fonctionnel, et avec le charme d'une ancienne ferme rénovée avec soin.
